LOCAL TN ADOPTION ONLY. The good.....He is kennel trained. Goes in very easily with treats. Will run right in if a treat is thrown in there. Will bark for a few minutes but settles. If he’s in a crate, in a room alone and he hears a lot of commotion, he will bark. If you’ve left and the house is quiet, he’s quiet. He’s great in the kennel if someone is in the same room with him though. He likes being with his people. He happily snoozes in an open kennel during the day if you’re working from home and the kennel is near your work area.Scooby is a goof! There’s not much he takes too seriously. Besides treats. Treats are serious business! He will do just about anything for a treat. Even stuff he really doesn’t want to do. But treats are life. He’s overall an easy dog that is sweet, happy, cuddly and isn’t overly energetic. He loves playing and is a bulldozer but he relaxes and naps a lot too. He doesn’t require mass amounts of exercise. He is more than happy to lounge around in bed and watch tv with his humans. The bad...He snores. It’s not quiet...He hates small dogs, if your neighbor has one he will make it his life"s mission to eradicate it. He is generally good on a leash until aforementioned small dog walks up, then he will happily chill with you while you recover from your rotator cuff repair. May is a wonderful Dane that was surrendered due to health issues of owners. She is overweight, so new home would need to continue small walks, and best environment is a one-story home. She is seeing vet and will be evaluated for her knees. She loves her stuffies, toys, and bones. She loves people and just wants to be loved and petted, and she will give you lots of kisses! Very happy girl who loves calm, quiet environments. Would be okay with another calm older Dane. May's sole purpose in life is to be with her humans and she is focused on her people! Not recommended to go to home with smaller dogs.

Her coat is soft and a rare blue mantle coat! Needs work on leash. Doing great with the other Danes in the household. Will be spayed in Feb. Uses the foster parents as pillows!

The dog's name is Diamond. She has been at my mother's home for a couple of years. She is pregnant. My mother has dementia and a bad back and she just can't adaquately care for the dogs anymore. I worry because my mother forgets to feed the dog and sometimes leave them outside too long in cold weather. I would hope that someone would take these animals.

Say hello to our big and cuddly buddy, Mike! Despite his large size and appearance, he thinks he is a no bigger than a chihuahua. He loves hugs, play time is a must for him, and enjoys long walks! He is relatively good with most animals, children I’m not sure but only because he is normally not around children, but he definitely loves attention. We call him the attention thief in our home because he needs to be petted all day and night! He is potty trained as well know a few tricks. I can no longer keep my cuddle buddy for I am going back to college and my family is moving out of state. He is 2 years old and loves people. If anyone is willing to take him into a loving home it will be amazing him. Please let me know!
