Bert is a four year old Great Pyrenees/Pittie available for adoption! Bert was found as a stray and was a big drooly mess. He is quite thin and has staining on his fur. Bert is a big ball of mush and enjoys meeting new faces. He loves treats and will happily sit, lay down, and give paw to earn his biscuits. Bert does well with female dogs (as he thinks he`s an available bachelor) but is not fond of males at this time. He will need a strong handler that can handle all eighty-five pounds of him. He`s a large boy that will require a lot of space for him to grow in so no tiny apartments please! His adoption fee is $235, which includes his vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current heartworm/flea prevention, heartworm test, registered microchip, and neuter.

Crate trained: No, Noogie has done best with being left to roam free rather than crated or confined to a room when home alone. Dog social: Yes, he lives with a resident dog in his foster home and has been doing well. He has seemed most comfortable with calm, respectful dog pals and has shown some mild resource guarding behaviors, for which management is needed.
