Story
We rescued Molly in Dec 2020 and she has been nothing but a loving and sweet dog since then. She can be reactive with other dogs and cats and likes to bark at deliveries. We unfortunately had an incident where the door was open and she ran out and barked at the delivery person. They filed a claim and we need to rehome her now due to our home insurance being cancelled. We have video of the incident that shows she is not actually a biter, but unfortunately we are are stuck with no options. Molly has been great with our two kids, a toddler and a baby. She is very well potty trained and we have had no accidents at all. She is also crate trained and will relax in her crate or sunbathe most of the day. She turns 8 at the end of the year, but is still healthy and full of energy.

02/03/25 16:53Roxy is a sweet, adventurous, leggy hound mix with a lot of energy and love to give. She`s also very bright and knows `sit`, `down`, `paw`, and `come` and will wave at the camera when you ask her to sit for her photo! This big girl hasn`t been tested with other dogs, but doesn`t seem to mind those that are friendly and isn`t overly reactive. While toys don`t hold her interest, treats and attention do! She can be a little high energy when getting out of her kennel and could benefit from a no-pull harness with lots of walks, hikes, or a big back yard. Interested in giving this wonder hound a whirl? You can meet her at the shelter and even Foster 2 Adopt to see if it`s the right fit.Roxy is already spayed, chipped, and vaccinated. She`s just waiting for you.
