She's incredibly friendly with other dogs and is a quick learner. Her adoption fee is $175, which covers her annual vaccines, spaying, microchip, and heartworm negative. Story
Chevelle is a young, about 3 yrs old, female husky shepherd mix.  She is full of animation.  If her blue eyes don't put a smile on your face, then her liveliness certainly will.  Chevelle is fully potty trained and crate trained.  She has amazing recall to come inside (clearly from the shepherd) and understand basic commands.  She has not chewed or destroyed anything when left to wander the house.  Chevelle will get the zoomies when playing with other dogs, but the husky in her will get a bit vocal when first introducing her to new dogs.  She has not been tested with cats.  And she would do best with older children as her zoomies may not do well with toddlers.  As a husky she does have a lot of fur that will need to be maintained on a regular basis.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Patsy is a super sweet, gentle, and loving girl! She is just under a year old, about 35 pounds, and is a Husky mix. Patsy was dumped at an overcrowded shelter in Kentucky, along with her four siblings and mom. She is adjusting to life without her mom and siblings, and is already coming out of her shell!  Patsy really likes people and loves to cuddle! She even cuddles with her stuffed toys. She really wants to make friends with other dogs, but does better calm dogs right now as she works to build her confidence around them. Patsy is overall a pretty mellow girl, but she definitely has a silly side that she likes to show off! Meet Basshunter, a 4 1/2 month old Husky pup that was found as a stray. His owners posted him online and we waited patiently for them to contact us (as there was no phone number listed unfortunately). We also gave him an extended hold (an extra seven days!) and scanned through our lost pet log and other websites with no luck. Sadly, no one came forward for Basshunter. He is going to grow to be a big boy! And on top of that, he`s full of silly Husky personality and antics! Basshunter does great with other dogs and loves his playgroup time outside. He loves to wrestle one another and rough house until there is no tomorrow. He loves going on his walks and of course, enjoys the brisk, cold weather. We cannot wait for him to experience snow (but hopefully the memory is created in his forever home!). He has a stunning Husky features like his soft coat, fluffy curly tail, and icy blue eyes. Yes, he is handsome and absolute character but he is also a Husky. Huskies like to run and need to be worked with. They like to go on long walks, can play for hours, and have the sassiest attitudes on top of everything. Basshunter is doing well at the shelter and is very affectionate but don`t let his looks fool you. Huskies can be on a whole other level at times (especially raising a young pup) but with discipline, exercise, and training, they can be very rewarding and great companions! His adoption fee is $235, which includes his vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current monthly flea preventative, registered microchip, and neuter.
