Story
Spaz is an active, affectionate young dog. Originally a stray, he spent over a year at a county shelter before coming to Safe Shelter. So we don't know why, but he is really terrified of men, and of being led on a leash. This guy needs a dog-savvy, patient person. Spaz is beautiful, as you can see, is housetrained, and sits on command. Recently we had him neutered and heartworm tested, and he is current on vaccinations. He loves to run in the yard (one is required, to adopt him), and really like squeeky toys. Whatever happened to him in the past, we're hoping time and love can heal it. My foster mom would keep me, but she already has two huskies and a third one would be a little much. I have one blue eye and one eye that is a beautiful multicolor. I can sit, shake, lay, and I'm even house broken! I like to run, play and have a happy go lucky personality. We have had Bellah for 4 years since she was 2 months old. We got her during COVID. She has done obedience training and is house trained. She loves to go on walks and have her belly rubbed. She is a very good dog other than with young children (0-5 years old). We have a 9 month old son so we have made the hard decision of rehoming her. We love her very much and want her to go to a good home, preferably to someone who has owned a husky in the past.
