Story
Hi there, I’m New Destiny! My name might sound like a fairy tale, but it’s actually a reflection of how lucky I am to be here. I was found as a stray and almost didn’t make it out of a crowded shelter, but thanks to a whole team of amazing people who rallied to save me, I got a new lease on life. That’s why they named me New Destiny—because I deserved a fresh start. And I got that. I even ended up getting adopted! Unfortunately, that only lasted about two months. I’m being returned because my current owner’s job now requires more travel, and she has to surrender me back. This was not the happily ever after that I had dreamed of, but life happens and this just means that my true forever family is still out there! ❤ Imagine if a Husky, an Aussie, a Great Pyrenees, and a Golden Retriever all walked into a party and... um.. let's say.... did the hockey pockey – well you would probably end up with someone like me! I’m 45 pounds of fluffy charm, with eyes so mesmerizing they should come with a warning label, and a coat color that’s nothing short of breathtaking. I’m not too big or too small—just the perfect size for all sorts of fun. Whether it's strutting my stuff on walks, hitting the trails for a hike, or just lounging around, I’m up for anything. But don’t let my adventurous side fool you; I’m also a pro at relaxing. I love chilling with my toys, playing with other dogs, or finding the coolest spot to nap, especially if it’s next to some nice, cool air conditioning. When it comes to meeting new people, I used to be on the cautious side. My initial response was more "Whoa, who are you and why are you here?" But guess what? I’ve been making great strides! Nowadays, I’m much more relaxed and will give newcomers a polite sniff, like a tiny social detective. Still, a little patience and some treats might be helpful. I’d recommend rolling out the red carpet slowly and maybe offering some tasty bribes so I can feel at ease. After all, a girl’s gotta be convinced that new faces are friendlier than they initially seem! Once I have settled into my new home, I’m a social butterfly and get along great with everyone! Dogs, cats, kids—you name it, I was around them all in my former foster home. My dog friends help me feel confident and keep me busy, while I’m super chill around cats(although my current home doesn't have any). I pretty much just give them a friendly nod and carry on. But kids? Oh, I absolutely adore them! I love playing with them, snuggling up for story time, and joining in their games. I’m pretty much the ultimate kid-friendly pup. Fetch? Oh, I’m all in! I’ll dash after that ball with the enthusiasm of a caffeine-fueled squirrel. And the best part? I’ll return it—provided there are treats involved, of course. Inside fetch is my absolute favorite. There's just something magical about playing in the living room, where the stakes are higher, the obstacles are more interesting (like that rogue lamp), and I can really show off my skills without getting distracted by the great outdoors. When it comes to potty training, I’ve got that down pat. I’ll walk up to the door and wait like a perfect little lady, and I’ve even started using a doggy doorbell. Pretty fancy, huh? I’d totally thrive in an apartment—just as long as I get my daily dose of exercise! I’m a real people-puppy and will stick to your side like glue, following you from room to room. It’s like I’m your personal, fluffy shadow! As for the kennel, I’ll go in without making a fuss, but it’s not exactly my favorite place. I’ll happily trot inside if you’ve got some treats to entice me. It’s like a game of "Will she or won’t she?"—but with snacks involved. I do have a bit of a cheeky side, though. I’ve had my moments of turning shoes and other random items into chew toys. So, keeping things out of my reach or keeping an eye on me is a good idea. I promise, though, my heart is in the right place—I just get a little too enthusiastic about things just lying around...I am still a pup after all! 😉 So, if you’re looking for a pup who’s got a heart full of love, a playful spirit, and a few charming quirks, I’m your girl! With a little patience and some tasty treats, I promise to be your loyal sidekick, ready for adventures and snuggles alike. Give me a chance, and I’ll show you just how wonderful life can be with a fluffy, endearing companion like me. Let’s make some new memories together—adopt me and let’s start our next great chapter! 📍 Pickup Location: Noble, OK
