Story
My name is Rex. I am a very handsome 2-year-old Husky mix and weigh 50.6 lbs. My birthday is 10/15/2021. I am UTD on my shots and neutered. I do need to learn how to potty outside but am super smart and with a little help feel I can master that. I have the cutest walk with a slight limp due to me having to have surgery to repair a dislocated elbow and torn ligaments. Sadly, I got hit by a car, but the good news is someone stopped to help me. Huskies are high energy pups who really enjoy the outdoors. They are very intelligent, playful, and smart dogs. If you enjoy going on walks and being outdoors Rex may be the dog for you. Since Rex doesn't like to share his humans, he would need to be the only dog in the home. Even though he doesn't like other dogs he is great and loves people. Please if you are interested in me get your application in today, there is no time to waste: You can go to www.hopeforhannahrescue.org or you can click the link below: The direct link to our application can be found here: https://ueodqi9fe3f.typeform.com/to/sFwghRQN If you have any problems call Suzi (717) 466-5968 and I will be happy to assist you. Personality traits Friendly, Affectionate, Loyal, Smart

Story
Hey there, I'm Taki, a year and a half old husky with boundless energy and a heart full of adventure! If you're looking for a four-legged companion who's always up for long walks, hikes through nature, or just exploring the neighborhood, then look no further. I'm not just a pretty face with stunning blue eyes and a coat that's a mix of brown and white - I've got personality to match. Yes, I admit, I can be a bit stubborn at times, but that's just because I'm smart and like to do things my way. Plus, I love a good chat and have a lot to say, so get ready for some husky conversations! Here's the scoop: I get along great with other dogs, so if you have a canine buddy at home, we could be the ultimate dynamic duo. Now, about personal space... I'm still learning. Sometimes I forget just how big and enthusiastic I am, but with a little guidance and training, I know I'll get the hang of it. If you're ready for a lively and loving companion who's as smart as he is spirited, then let's meet up! I'm eager to find my forever home with someone who appreciates my energy, my charm, and my undeniable husky wit. Together, we'll conquer the trails and make every day an adventure. Are you game to make me a part of your family? The Center for Animal Health and Welfare, PA Kennel License #02941, 1165 Island Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042

Story
Pepper is the sweetest, most gentle, laid back, loving girl you could ask for. It does take her a little bit to warm up to a new situation and new people though. She is about 5 years old and 48 lbs of wonderful. Pepper does well in any situation and is great with kids, dogs and cats. Easy to walk on leash and so well mannered. We truly cannot say enough great things about this girl - a must meet, for she will steal your heart for sure. GREAT Dog! LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)  August 18, 2024, 2:43 pm

Story
Luna is just the sweetest, wolf hybrid looking girl you could ask for. Found as a stray, this girl got to an SC shelter weighing 26 lbs. She is only about 2 to 3 years old, and should weight about 50 lbs. She is up to 38 lbs now and feeling great and looking so much better, but still has a ways to go. Luna is great with all dogs and humans, and we can cat test. She is gentle and affectionate and very playful, and all in all, a wonderful, beautiful girl. Breed experience and proper fencing is a must for this possible escape artist! A must meet, for she will steal your heart for sure. Story
Meet Zeus, the god of howling and goofiness! Zeus is a 1 ½ year old husky who weighs 48 lbs. He arrived as a stray and has been serenading everyone at the shelter since his arrival! Zeus is a nice boy who is still learning his manners. He will need a home that can provide rules and structure to teach him how to be the best boy, as he hasn’t had the best upbringing. As a husky, Zeus is also a natural escape artist and born runner, so he’ll need a family who is willing and able to keep him safely contained. Zeus is open to meeting other dogs and can be cat tested. We think he’d do fine in a home with older children. Fill out your application for Zeus at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Peaceable Kingdom, PA Kennel License #04131, 1049 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall, PA 18052
