Story
Are you looking for a new best friend? One that is fearless, ready to take on any adventure, but also will snuggle in your lap the moment the opportunity presents itself? That is Freddy! Freddy is the perfect companion, softest cuddle bug, and the world's biggest goofball. Want to go for a morning hike? Freddy will be ready at the door. Want to play some fetch? He knows how to catch the ball mid-air. Want to snuggle on the couch? He's already there. Freddy is a loving boy who enjoys following you around with toys in his mouth, having zoomies, and exploring new places! Freddy is the cutest boy with his silly faces, 360 spins, flopping over and lifting his leg to request belly rubs, and tip-tapping his front paws on the ground when he is excited! Freddy finds his confidence quickly when faced with a new task and responds well to encouragement. He is 100% potty trained and his eagerness to learn has allowed him to quickly pick up on many commands, such as sit, look at me, crate, free and karate. He also knows how to leash walk politely, wait patiently before devouring food, come when called, and he exhibits stellar social skills. Freddy truly is the best exploring buddy to have by your side. He loves all people, dogs, and any new friends he happens to meet that will accept kisses! He is the perfect combo of exuberant pup and world-class snuggler who will follow you to the end of earth and back. Will you be the lucky human who gets to take on the world with this handsome, intelligent, adventure-loving, one of a kind boy?

Story
Balto is a beautiful four year old husky mix who came to APA in late January of this year from the Austin Animal Center for medical concerns. He arrived with wounds on his neck and above one of his eyes. He's healed up well and has also been neutered. Balto is heartworm positive and will require heartworm treatment through APA. As a husky, he's a very smart boy and has displayed typical husky escape artist tendencies. Balto has also displayed severe separation anxiety behavior and would likely do best in a house, but he can also live in an apartment with an owner who works from home or who has a flexible schedule. We're not sure how he does with cats or children, but he has been very social and friendly with people. He's somewhat selective with other dogs but can definitely be housed with a well-matched dog friend. Please inquire about this sweet boy today!

Story
Ducati has it all! He's good with cats as well as other dogs! And he's smart! As an energetic puppy, his energy levels might too much for young children, however. Ducati will need continued obedience training to make sure that he grows up to be a well-mannered gentleman of a dog. He would benefit greatly from crate training in an adoptive home. Ducati is a very good boy and has so much potential! Please inquire about him today!

Story
Nieve is an intelligent and completely trained Siberian Husky. He is such a great dog; polite, non-destructive, follows commands, alert, affectionate. He would never jump on anyone or the furniture. He doesn't lunge at the front door or bark at the fence. He is completely relaxed around people and any animals. Nieve is medium energy and would like a short walk everyday. My children adore Nieve. Everyone who meets Nieve adores him.
