Story
Look at this beauty! She is looking for a new home where she can stretch her legs and have room to run. She does need at least a 6' fence, because from time to time she may get the smart idea to hop the fence. She is fine around other dogs, but can play a bit loud. She seemed too excited about cats and would do best in a home without them. When she gets excited she tends to nudge her nose at you or give little nips. Due to this, we would suggest no small kids. Nova is incredibly smart and her current owners are working on good leash manners. She would love to continue that training with a new family. Apply to meet her today!

Story
Milo is new to us but my goodness he is a stunner. He is quite the cutie and he is looking for a new home. He's a little wary of adults when he first meets them, and takes a few minutes to warm up to them. But children, he loves children. When he met the ones in his foster home he went right up and greeted them like long lost friends. We are still learning about Milo and his habits but we will update when we learn more. Apply to meet Milo, today!

Story
Meet Winnie! Winnie the Pooch is approximately 2 years old, loves hiking and being outside, enjoys eating snow, and is a cuddle bug. She is great with kids but hasn’t been around cats yet. Winnie is a sweet and happy-go-lucky kind of dog who loves to be included in activities. As a husky mix (we think) she does get bored, so she would love to be in a home where her family is present most of the time and she can have mentally stimulating activities.  August 16, 2024, 4:22 pm

Story
***Please see our Instagram page: @runningdogrescue and Heart highlight button for more pictures and videos of her*** Heart's road to recovery is going well! Her hair will take time to grow back, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't start the search for her forever family. This sweet girl is an absolute love bug. She loves to snuggle. Although she has the husky look to her, she DOES NOT have the husky energy. She is a very low key girl that is perfectly happy to sit and watch a movie with her person. If you are looking for a mini husky mix without all the crazy, you have found your dog! She has met several dogs, and she has excelled with meeting every single one. She did not care about our cats in the least so would do well living with them as well.

Story
Hello! This is our sweet boy, Oliver! We adopted him from a foster home when he was a puppy. He is 2 years old and sadly, we don’t have the time, energy, or resources to care of him or give him the activity he needs. He is EXTREMELY friendly with people and animals. He loves snuggling, playing tug, the snow, running, carrying sticks on walks, and peanut butter. Ollie is a kind, gentle spirited, goofy dog; he is also very smart paired with an equal amount of stubbornness. He does have some anxiety, mostly just vocal with whining. He is well behaved and knows a good group of commands including some fun ones like “spin”. With that said, we are looking for a home that can give him all the love and attention and outside time he needs.

Story
ADOPTION FEE: $575.00 Previous shelter notes - Monkey is ready to get out of this jungle so he can explore all there is to see! He's as sweet as can be and he adores other dogs! Just a silly and happy young pup that craves love and attention. Monkey is a social butterfly and he'd love an adventurous lifestyle! We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Please consider supporting us in this mission by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating.
