Story
Hello there. My name is Taemi, and I’m a 3-year-old Jindo mix girl. My story started in a scary place—I was found near a highway tollgate and ended up in a city shelter, waiting for a fate I don’t want to think about. But then, someone gave me a second chance, and now I’m here, hoping to find my forever family. I’ll be honest—I’m a little shy at first. When I meet new people, I like to take my time to observe and understand them. But I promise, I’m not overly fearful. If you’re patient and let me come to you, I’ll soon feel safe enough to let you pet me. And once I trust you, I’ll even roll over and show you my belly—it’s my way of saying, “You’re my person.” I’m a quiet and gentle soul. I rarely bark, and I prefer a calm, peaceful environment. My energy level is on the lower side—I enjoy spending time indoors, resting in my cozy spot. I don’t mind being alone sometimes, but I also love sharing quiet moments with someone I trust. I get along well with children and other dogs. I don’t mind little ones running around, and I never show aggression. With other dogs, I’m polite and friendly, though I don’t always feel the need to play. I especially like smaller dogs and will approach them with gentle curiosity. As for cats, well… I’m still figuring them out. When I met one indoors, I didn’t really pay much attention. But outside on a walk? Hmm, I do get a bit curious. Speaking of walks, I enjoy them! I don’t rush or pull—I prefer a slow, relaxed pace, taking in all the scents and sights around me. I also do most of my potty business outside, and I rarely have accidents indoors. I know I’m not the type to run up to you, tail wagging like crazy. But if you’re the kind of person who understands that love sometimes takes time, I promise I’ll be worth the wait. I dream of a home that is peaceful and steady, with someone who will be patient with me as I learn to open my heart. If you’re looking for a loyal, quiet, and loving companion, I’d love to be your girl. Let’s take things slow together, and I’ll show you just how much love I have to give.

Story
Hi I’m Bunny. I’m an 8-month-old Jindo mix boy, and I weigh about 10kg—smaller and daintier than most Jindos. People always say I have the purest eyes, but the world still feels a little big and unfamiliar to me. I didn’t get to grow up the way most puppies do. When I was about 3 months old, I was taken to a shelter with my siblings. Instead of learning about the world and playing with humans, I spent my early months behind metal bars, watching the world from a distance. That’s why new places, new sounds, and new people sometimes make me nervous. But… I’m changing. At the training center, I was so shy at first. I would sit quietly, just watching, unsure of what to do. But after a few days, I started wagging my tail when I saw my trainers. I even follow them around for treats and nudge them for pets. Once I trust you, I have so much love to give. I just need someone patient enough to help me feel safe. People always tell me I’m adorable and unique-looking, different from most Jindos. But I hope you don’t choose me just for that. I need someone who understands that love, for me, takes time. At first, I might not come running to you. I might not sit beside you right away. But if you wait for me, if you give me time, one day I’ll come to you on my own—and when I do, it will mean everything. I get along really well with other dogs and love playing with them. I don’t start fights, and I know how to enjoy myself with friends. But with humans, I need a little more time and patience. I’m still learning about potty training—right now, I go outside three times a day, and I’m slowly getting into a routine. I also need extra safety precautions for walks because loud noises scare me, and my strong Jindo instincts might make me try to run back to where I feel safe. Until we build trust, I’ll need a secure double leash and harness when we go outside. I know I might not be the easiest dog at first. But if you choose to wait for me, believe in me, and love me just as I am, I promise I will give you my whole heart in return.

Story
Quick Facts Name: Noru  Age: 1 year old (born January 2024)  Gender: Female  Neutered/Spayed: Yes  Breed: Mini Jindo Mix  Color: Brown  Weight: 8.9kg   All About MeHi, I’m Noru! I’m a bouncy, bright little girl born in January 2024, and I currently weigh about 8.9kg (20lb). I may be small, but my heart—and my energy—are huge! I’m a mini Jindo mix with a beautiful brown coat and a personality that’s just as warm. I was rescued from the Hongseong city shelter just before I was scheduled for euthanasia, and I’ve been busy making up for lost time ever since—playing, cuddling, and learning what it means to be loved.   My PersonalityI’m the type of pup who falls in love with you at first sight. Seriously—give me five seconds and I’ll be giving you kisses like we’ve been besties forever. I’m sweet, silly, and love nothing more than being around my humans. My energy is big and joyful, and I’m still learning how to manage all this excitement. I’m like a happy whirlwind of tail wags and wiggles!   Social SkillsDogs? Love them. Humans? Even more. I get along well with other pups and I’m polite in my greetings, but what I really live for is attention from people. You don’t need to earn my trust—I give it freely with my whole heart. I can be scooped up and carried with ease, and if you say my name, I’ll come running with ears perked and a sparkle in my eye.   Energy and ActivitiesI have a high energy level, so I’ll definitely need a family who can help me run, explore, and play to my heart’s content. After a good outing, I can settle down, but if I haven’t had my fill of movement and stimulation, I might bounce around like a little deer (that’s probably how I got my name!). I’m still learning leash manners and how to walk calmly, but I love tagging along and being close to my person.   Training and HabitsI’m working on my house training and doing well with both pee pads and outdoor potty time. I sometimes let out a little bark if I want something—it’s my way of saying, “Hey, notice me!” I’m used to relaxing quietly in a kennel when needed. I’m still young, so I’m very open to training and love using my brain—especially if there’s a treat involved!   My Ideal HomeI’d thrive with an active person or family who has the time and patience to help me grow into my full potential. My ideal humans are ones who understand puppy energy and can give me outlets for it in healthy, fun ways. In return, I promise to be your biggest cheerleader, your cuddliest shadow, and your most loyal friend.   Special NotesIf you're looking for a sweet, playful, loving pup who will keep you laughing and never stop adoring you, I’m right here—ready to come home. ##2354555##

Story
Suji is a young puppy who has just turned 8 months old. She has a unique and charming coat with a reddish base color and faint brindle-like patterns, making her stand out even from a distance. Already weighing 16kg, she is expected to grow into a medium-large dog based on her current growth. Suji was rescued from a local shelter when she was around 3 months old, just before she was scheduled for euthanasia. During the critical period when she should have been socializing, she grew up alone in a small and lonely shelter, without the chance to properly meet people or other dogs. Her personality is that of a playful and innocent puppy who has yet to fully understand the world. She loves people but doesn’t quite know how to express it, so she can be a bit shy at first. She wants to get along well with other dogs, but since she’s still learning how to play, she sometimes gets too excited and needs to be corrected. However, as a young and adaptable pup, she is learning quickly through training. Currently, Suji is staying at our training center, where she is receiving basic socialization and manners training. During walks, she initially gets very curious and eagerly sniffs around, but with continued training, she is gradually becoming more composed. Although she doesn’t immediately approach strangers, she warms up quickly if offered treats, soon showing her affectionate side by snuggling, following people around, and displaying her adorable charm. Since she lacked human touch and affection in her early days, she deeply longs for love and attention. Despite her size, she is still a very young puppy. She feels lonely when left alone and may develop separation anxiety. That’s why she needs a home where she can receive ample time, care, and a space where she can release her energy. If given the patience and guidance to grow, Suji will become a loyal companion who dedicates her life to her owner. Right now, she is learning about the world, experiencing love, and building trust in humans. She is waiting for a warm family to take this journey with her. ❤️

Story
Meet Ggamsik, a one-year-old neutered male Jindo mix with a striking black and white coat, currently weighing 12.5kg. He was rescued from euthanasia in a city shelter, and now has the chance to find his forever home—just like his sibling, Moong, who was adopted in Vancouver! Ggamsik can be a little shy at first, but offer him a treat, and he’ll happily take it from your hand. He’s not one to shy away from pets, even from strangers, and once he warms up to you, he’ll gently lick your hand and quietly ask for more affection. Rather than being overly eager, he prefers to stay close and wait for you to notice him. He’s comfortable around men and shows no particular reaction to children under 13. You can even scoop him up with ease—he doesn’t mind being carried! When it comes to other dogs, Ggamsik is a social butterfly! He enjoys greeting new canine friends and inviting them to play, especially if they’re around his size. He’s generally good-natured but finds high-energy dogs a little overwhelming. If another dog gets too rowdy, he’ll simply step away rather than engage in conflict. Independent yet friendly, he’s just as happy playing with others as he is doing his own thing. Ggamsik has lived with cats before and barely pays them any attention. His energy level is moderate—he loves outdoor adventures but knows how to relax afterward. On walks, he’s a polite and steady companion, staying close to his person, especially if there are sudden movements or loud noises in the environment. Rather than getting startled, he tends to seek comfort by sticking by your side. Food and toys? No resource guarding here! He’s happy to share, though if another dog hogs a toy, he might stand nearby and give a few barks to let them know he’d like a turn. He doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety and is generally quiet, only barking occasionally at outdoor noises. He’s well-behaved in a crate but does get a little carsick. Ggamsik is mostly an outdoor potty dog, but if he needs to go at night, he’ll politely alert you by barking to be let out. He doesn’t mark indoors. With his gentle nature, social charm, and easygoing personality, Ggamsik is ready to find a loving home where he can be both a loyal companion and a sweet, independent spirit.
