URGENT: Can you help me catch my FREEDOM RIDE? I am currently in Texas awaiting my freedom ride to Wisconsin, but I need a FOSTER home or an ADOPTIVE home by JANUARY 18, 2025 to make the trip. Not all pups are lucky enough to get out but, with your help, I may just have that chance!
Can YOU help me get to Wisconsin? Please apply online: www.HBWI.org.
Meet Daisy! This 3-month-old Lab mix was pulled from a Texas shelter and is now hoping to make it to Wisconsin. Daisy is a typical, playful puppy with a sweet and social nature. She’s great with other dogs, children, and ready to be your new best friend. Cats are still a question mark, but Daisy is open to learning! Can you help Daisy make it to Wisconsin? Apply today! www.HBWI.org/adopt
FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping.
For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics.
To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.
