Story
We have a fostering to adopt program to make sure the pet is a good fit for your family. Please research this breed of pet before considering foster / adopting. First submit an application. Once the application has been reviewed and approved. You will be contacted for an interview. You will need to submit veterinary references and contact information of your current Vet. A home check may be conducted. Foster / Adopters must have a fenced in yard. Once approved an appointment will be set up to meet the pet. If approved then the Foster to Adopt application will be signed by both parties. We will need original signatures. Snow is a lab mix. Her owner died of COVID. She was living outside/ inside and the neighbors were feeding her. She is a little skittish at first, but she is loving and sweet once she gets to know you. She gets a long with other dogs. She is looking for her furever home. Adopters must have a fenced in yard.

Story
Meet Daisy Mae! Hi, my name is Daisy Mae, and I’m looking for a loving family to call my own! My three brothers and I were abandoned on a dead-end county road in mid-October, but a kind couple took us in. While they’ve given us lots of love, four puppies are a bit much for them to handle, so now I’m hoping to find my forever home. I’m about 5 months old, already spayed, up to date on all my shots, dewormed, and on heartworm prevention. I’m crate-trained, working hard on my house training, and I walk pretty well on a leash. Plus, I sleep through the night like a good girl! What I really want is a family to love, play, and grow with. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion, I’d love to meet you! Love, Daisy Mae

Story
We acquired Barbie through a friend. She is 11 months old, and we have all of her medical records. She is very high energy and our residential backyard simply isn't big enough for her. She makes a great outdoor dog, and herding comes naturally to her. She would be much happier on a farm or on some land where she could run and explore, herd animals, etc. Barbie is very friendly, loves fresh vegetables, is affection motivated, loves to play fetch, and has personality traits more common in the Red Heeler breed. She knows basic commands and doesn't bark often. We are looking for someone who will love her like we have, but can provide more for her than we can. I am now expecting a baby soon, and my husband and I don't have the time, energy, or financial means to maintain her.

Story
We found Laika in the park while walking our dog in the same area we've found other abandoned dogs in the past. She did not have a collar or tag or any chip and no one has responded to our Found Dog posts for months. She was clean, healthy, seemed well cared for, and friendly. She is house trained, crate trained, and knows a lot of commands and tricks. She's highly intelligent, food motivated, and very loving. She picks up new training incredibly quickly. She loves to run, cuddle, and play. She is a high energy dog but not destructive or aggressive in any way. Laika would be a perfect dog for anyone whether single or with a family. She loves children, other dogs, toys, and especially TV. She would be a great fit for an active home as she loves running and going on walks. She has been very content to stay in my home while I'm away at work for 8 hours without any incident.

Story
Finley has lived with us since she was 10 weeks old. We got her from a lady on Facebook to give my son his first pet. We unfortunately found out the he and our daughter are both allergic to dogs and cats. We’ve tried to see if the kids can grow out of allergies, but Finley is now almost 5 and the kids still continue struggling. Finley is great with kids, other dogs, and is more curious about cats. She hasn’t been around cats much. She loves to play outside and in the water. She does will taking a bath, getting her nails cut and any other maintenance. She is house trained, doesn’t need a kennel but will stay in one just fine. She’s potty trained and knows basic commands, I.e. sit, stay, lay down, shake, sit pretty. Finley has allergies as well that the vet has us giving her an over the counter probiotic chew, Benadryl and Claritin. She also gets fed a sensitive skin and stomach food that has hydrolized salmon in it. She is a great dog but my kids health has to come first now.
