Story
This young and little boy was found in the area of 8th and Cherry. He was not wearing a collar nor was he microchipped. He is just barely old enough to be away from his mother. He was found with his sister puppy Chenille. Sonny will not be old enough to be neutered until about April 27th. If he is adopted earlier there will be a $50 Neuter deposit that will have to be taken and held for 2 months until he is neutered. If the neuter is done by our local Noble Animal Clinic we will cover the cost of the neuter and return the deposit once the neuter is done.Chenille and Sonny are very attached to each other. They love to wrestle and play with each other. If you take one out of the room the other will try to follow. We are trying to get them used to being partially separated by kennels at night. They are a little skittish of new people.

We adopted Moe from our local shelter approximately 1 year ago. He is around 5 years old. Moe is a very funny and silly dog. He likes to sit at the window and bark at other dogs and squirrels. He's very loving and playful. He has got loose a few times and our homeowners association calls the Sheriff. We have no choice but to rehome him.

We rescued Maple in 2022 after our dog became lonely and depressed. She appeared to be a perfect match for him as she is super playful, loving, and could keep up with his energy. Our dogs no longer get along and we must find Maple somewhere to live by herself for the safety of everyone in our family and more importantly, for her happiness. Maple is the sweetest, silliest, and most adorable dog we have ever had the pleasure to love. She is 8 years old but does not let that slow her down! She adores belly rubs, ear pets, car rides, doggy icecream, getting the zoomies, and going on walks in the neighborhood. Maple absolutely loves humans and is a joy to everyone she meets. Maple does not always appreciate the company of other dogs and struggles with jealousy issues. She would be the best match in a family that does not have another dog and does not plan on getting another dog. We truly believe (and so does she) that she deserves all of the love and attention to be focused on her.

This is Buddy! He’s a 2 year old energetic boy who loves cuddles and playing with toys! He loves going on walks and running in open fields. He is okay with other animals but has been attacked by other dogs so he can be anxious and reactive depending on the environment and if he thinks he’s being threatened. He’s a very good protector, he has only bit one person that was a grown man who wouldn’t stop pestering him. Buddy bit the man because he was being drunk and obnoxious and he reached his hand into our truck while I was in the car so buddy felt he had to protect me. I got him when he was about 6-8 months old and the way he’s acted since having him I do believe the owners before me may have abused him. Once he trusts you he’ll be your best friend! He is potty, crate and leash trained! He will play with kids but you’ll have to teach him to be easy as he was used to playing rough with my boyfriend and his friends.

This was sent by the rescue person.  If you can help by immediately fostering email me and I’ll get you the info.  Thanks in advanc! Taz was found after he was hit by a car. The woman who hit him just kept driving, even after her bumper fell off. He is badly hurt. I can get surgery covered, but there is nowhere for him to go. And the vet won't do the surgery without having somewhere for him to go because he can't stay at the clinic. I have named him Taz.  In spite of the pain he is in he has remained a very sweet dog. He is a lab pit mix. 9 to 10 months old. Both of his back legs were affected. One of his legs was broken in three places and possibly needs to be amputated.   The other leg was damaged, where the ball of the joint fits into the hips so that that ball has to be removed and then a false joint will grow. We have the help medically if we can find somewhere for him to go. If anybody can help please, we can get the surgery done and getting neutered and shots and we can also get him to Denver by plane, but if anybody can take him, please help we have very limited time.  My vet bill is huge and I can only do so much on my own.October 17, 2024, 12:17 am
