You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.**Hello there!** I’m a sweet puppy looking for my forever home, and I’m hoping it might be with you. I know I’ll need some training, and that means I might chew on things, have a few accidents in the house, or jump on you out of excitement—after all, I’m still learning! I truly believe that with patience and love, I can become the best companion. Just a heads up, the rescue has a one-hour drive limit for adoptions, and the adoption fee is $450. If you think you could provide me with the loving home I need, please apply at furryfeetrescue.com. I can’t wait to meet you! Story
Meet Rudi! This sweet, shy lab/pit bull mix is looking for a loving family to help him feel safe and secure. Rudi is 2-3 years old, 54 lbs., and was transferred from a local rescue. While he may be a scaredy-cat at first, his affectionate nature shines through quickly once he trusts you. Rudi absolutely LOVES giving hugs—he’ll put his paws on your shoulders and hold on tight while sneaking in sweet little kisses! He gets the zoomies, showing off his playful side. In his kennel, Rudi is calm and quiet and generally keeps his space clean. He’s learning how to walk comfortably on a leash but isn’t much of a puller. What he truly craves is a home where he can feel safe and appreciated for the sweet dog he is. Rudi is a flight risk initially, so he’ll need a family who can ensure he’s always leashed or monitored when outside in a securely fenced area (he could easily jump a lower fence). Rudi is interested in meeting other calm dogs and can be cat-tested if you have feline friends at home. He’s also open to a home with children, as long as they understand his need for patience initially. If you're looking for a loving, snuggly companion to add to your family, Rudi could be your perfect match. Apply at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Bucky is the life of the party, a fun-loving, energetic pup who is always up for an adventure! This handsome 4-month-old, 25-pound Lab / Boxer mix, with his sleek, shiny coat and wiggly bob tail, is full of personality and charm. He’s a natural athlete, loving to run, fetch, dig, and wrestle with other playful dogs. If there’s fun to be had, Bucky is all in! When it’s time to wind down, Bucky enjoys sunbathing and going on long walks to sniff out all the best scents. He’s a smart boy who already knows Sit and Leave It, and while his attention span can sometimes get the best of him, his eagerness to please makes him a great candidate for continued training. House training is coming along well, and with regular potty breaks, he does great. He also does fine in his crate, though he might bark if he feels left out—turning on the TV helps him settle in. Bucky would thrive in an active home with plenty of space to run and owners who enjoy adventure as much as he does. He’d love a playful dog sibling to wrestle with, and kids who can keep up with his energy would be a huge plus! Training will be key to helping Bucky be his best self, but with love, patience, and plenty of playtime, he’ll make an incredible companion. If you’re looking for a happy, hilarious, high-energy pup to keep you moving and laughing, Bucky is your guy!  Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. March 14, 2025, 7:43 pm
