Additionally, his eyes are slightly crossed, possibly due to past trauma. He is able to see but may not have the acuity of other dogs. His back leg being tied caused it to grow incorrectly, giving him a distinctive, endearing hop when he walks. Kriss Kross was rescued not out of pity, but because of his sweet and happy disposition. Despite everything he has endured, he has a kind heart, and it was clear to his rescuers that he deserved a chance at a good life. Kriss Kross has been thriving in a safe and nurturing environment—something he has never experienced before.
