Story
Sophia Penelope is ready to bring you a lifetime of love!Sophia is a beautiful lab/poodle mix, her exuberant nature is infectious and she is sure to bring a smile to your face. She is hoping to find an active family that will keep her happy with plenty of exercise and attention. According to her previous guardian she is housebroken and also great at playing fetch! Sophia would greatly benefit from some basic training, but don`t worry - she certainly has the smarts and drive to learn!Sophia has done well living with dogs and cats! She would do best with older kids who can handle a playful dog of her size since she doesn`t always know how to be gentle.Another important thing to note about Sophia is that she is allergic to chicken! She does quite well on a diet of beef, lamb, or fish based foods.Sophia is spayed, up to date on core vaccinations, has received dewormer, flea, tick, & heartworm prevention, and is microchippedIf you have any questions about Sophia or our adoption process, feel free to reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org and book an appointment to meet with her today!

Story
Alice is a wonderful little girl about 40lbs and a year old. Shes good with cats and other dogs. Loves snuggles and alerts when needing to go potty by getting up and going to the back door. She’s loving the snow and loves wearing her little jacket. I’m not sure what her mix is but she has been labeled a boxer mix although I’m thinking pug mix. She has the cutest little underbite that causes her to have a silly smile sometimes. She is a happy little dog that just wants snuggles and to please you. She plays well by herself with toys but would benefit a canine buddy. She is crate trained and does very well in there while I’m at work or sleeping.

Story
Meet Jessie Prudence, a beautiful 4-year-old female black lab!Jessie Prudence came into FVHA as a stray. This black lab is a bundle of joy and always ready for an adventure. With her sleek, shiny coat and wagging tail, Jessie Prudence is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. She loves playing fetch, going for walks, and exploring the world with his nose to the ground. Jessie Prudence is 4 years old and has plenty of energy to keep up with an active family.Since Jessie Prudence came in as a stray, we are unsure how she would do with dogs, cats, and kids. She has met a couple dogs at the shelter and has done well with them. We are unsure of her background with cats and kids. Due to her size and energy level, we would recommend slow, controlled introductions to any little family members. Our Adoption Specialists are happy to walk you through appropriate, slow introductions to set her up for best success. She came in with an ear infection which is currently being treated. She will need a home dedicated to ensuring proper veterinary care while her ear infection clears up.Jessie Prudence will be spayed prior to adoption and has received core vaccinations (bordetella, canine distemper, rabies), flea + tick preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped. If you have questions about Jessie Prudence or our adoption process, please reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org and book an appointment to meet with her today!

Foster location: Appleton, but happy to arrange in Milwaukee area Application & Website: &#226&#129&#166https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html&#226&#129&#169 Bio:  Chai is cautiously learning about her new foster home and dog roommates.  She is taking short walks but barks at those sharing the sidewalk with her right now.  We think she is just taking her time getting settled in a new place.  This can be scary at times!   Nights are spent in the kennel and we will learn more about her progress on potty training soon, but feel with a schedule she will do great. Remember she is a puppy and accidents are likely in a new environment. She will need a family or person who understands that its okay to take in new experiences slowly and like any puppy, training is part or the deal when adopting a young one! Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.March 13, 2025, 11:03 pm

Story
Meet Chip! Are you ready to meet a senior superstar who’s still got plenty of pep in his step? Say hello to Chip, a 13-year-old bundle of charm, smarts, and tennis-ball obsession! Chip is house-trained, has excellent manners, and does well when left alone. He’s also a pro on a leash and knows his commands like a seasoned gentleman. Whether he’s chilling in his crate or relaxing in the house, Chip keeps his space tidy and his vibes low-key. While he’s a bit selective about other animals, he has shown to be relaxed around cats. Chip’s heart has grown big enough to welcome new human friends—he’s come a long way in learning to trust strangers and even enjoys interactions with them now! Tennis balls are his absolute favorite toy (a classic choice for a refined fellow like him), and he’ll happily fetch or chew the day away. At the sanctuary, Chip has been well-loved and happy, but as they say, “there’s no place like home.” He’s looking for a calm, low-traffic environment where he can be the only pet, ideally with no young kids. Chip thrives in a peaceful setting where he can soak up love and companionship. Though he had a mistrust of strangers as a younger pup, Chip has worked hard to overcome it and has made amazing progress. Like any dog, he’ll need a home that understands his boundaries and ensures his comfort and safety. Chip may be 13, but he’s still active, playful, and oh-so-adorable. He deserves a place to call his very own—a quiet home filled with love, tennis balls, and all the belly rubs he can handle. Could you be the one to give Chip his happily-ever-after? 🐾❤️

Story
Sir is the whole package — handsome, house-trained, and full of love! This charming guy knows the house rules and is content to relax when left alone. He walks well on a leash, making walk time one of his favorite parts of the day. He’s also a smart cookie who understands basic commands and is generally well-mannered — as long as things don’t get too wild. A little too much excitement can overstimulate him, so he’s hoping for a calm and steady home. Sir is a big fan of attention but isn’t always sure how to ask for it. Once he figures out that you’re there to give him love, he’ll be your shadow — cuddling up next to you and soaking up all the affection you have to give. He’s not super into toys, but human attention? That’s his love language. He does well with other dogs in calmer settings, but a high-energy, chaotic environment might be too much for him. He’s also great with older kids who understand that sometimes Sir needs a little space to decompress. Cats, however, are probably not his thing. Sir has a energy level and would thrive in a moderate activity home where his people understand the importance of helping him stay calm. He’s sweet, loving, and eager to please — the kind of dog who will grow into the perfect companion with time and consistency. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate friend who just wants to be by your side, Sir is your guy. ❤️

Story
Looking for a sweet golden boy? You found me. I am Jango and I love everyone and everything (though I haven't tried cats yet). I am a sweet boy who is ready to find my forever home with someone who needs a walking pal, a cuddle confidante and a canine vacuum. If you have other dogs... that's great, if not.... that's great too. Just me and you's will work, I am just wanting a family of my very own. *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*
