Hi all, my name is Lovie. I'm a tall, lanky, loving, seven-month-old fellow and once I know someone will pet me, I am their shadow and ask for more and more love. I start to shine around other nice dog friends. It may be really great for me to have a canine buddy to hang out with if they are nice like I am. When I've seen kitties, I really wasn't too interested at all. I was easily redirected so I may do okay with feline friends with a slow, proper introduction. Once I feel comfortable, I am really a playful good boy. I like to act like 'fetch' is the best game and I'll chase the ball when it is thrown, but bringing it back just isn't as appealing to me. I will run back without the ball and expect that you have more ready to throw so I can chase it and then come proudly galloping back to you. I make the humans laugh all the time. You see, I'm a bit under-confident and the world is still a bit scary to me. I'd be happiest if you'd be patient while we meet one another. I know how to sit nicely and I take treats gently. My manners are very polite! I love yummy snacks. They also help me get to know you! I'm really looking forward to becoming a family. I am about 54-pounds and I'm neutered. Love, Lovie boy.
