Story
At just three months old, Sherbert is already a heart-stealer with his stunning orange and white coat that's soft as a cloud and adorned with the most adorable tufts on his ears. This little Maine Coon mix was found as a stray, battling a severe upper respiratory infection. Thankfully, he's been treated and is now a bundle of joy, though he does have a slight eye issue. His third eyelid is currently exposed, but with an optometry appointment scheduled for the end of August, we're hopeful that with the right treatment, his eye will return to its normal, sparkling self.
Sherbert is a snuggle enthusiast, with a particular fondness for curling up into your neck for long, cozy naps, and he'll even sleep on your shoulder if you're lucky! His playful nature means he’s always ready for action, especially if it involves cat toys—wands are his absolute favorite. Despite his rambunctious energy, Sherbert is a gentleman with impeccable manners; he doesn’t claw at furniture and is reliably litter box trained.
This fearless furball thrives on interaction and play and MUST go to a home with another young kitty and/or kids to keep up with his boundless enthusiasm and energy. Sherbert adores children and gets along wonderfully with other cats. His favorite pastime is frolicking and playing all day long with his furry foster siblings. His adoption fee is $250 and Sherbert is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and neutered. You will need to be local to bring him to his optometry appointment at the end of the month.
