Story
Meet Stella R. Tois aka "Stella," Jenna C. Brew, and Jennings - 3 one -year-old sisters who are looking for a home. These 3 girls have been with us since they were little kittens, about 8 weeks old. They were found in the parking lot of the brewery in downtown Culpeper.Stella is the braver of the 3 sisters and enjoys being pet, once she gets to know you, on her terms Usually while eating). Jenna C. and Jennings (like twins!) are very shy but submissive. When they need vetted, it isn't difficult to pick them up and place them in a carrier - again, once they are comfortable with you. These girls are not barn cat material. They cannot defend themselves and are not street smart. They are, what we refer to as Violets - or shrinking violets. Stella, Jenna, and Jennings need a patient, quiet, loving home where they will be loved for who they are and their new person or family will be patient until they come out of their shell and learn to trust. They are litter box trained, but at times can knock the litter out or knock the box over. Easily fixed. They are not aggressive. They do not claw furniture and would love a large climber in front of a sunny window. Because they are not lap cats, they have lived a year in foster care and are yearning for their new home.Won't you please open your heart to them? Their perfect home would be a quiet, low activity home with either no children or children over the age of 14. Adoption fee - adopt 1 get 2 free. They just need a good, loving home. Story
Miss Pepper has a spunky, sweet, and independent personality. She loves treats, tossable toys, and comfy hiding spots. If you can catch her while she’s running around with her sister, she’ll purr like mad when you pick her up. She has long, magnificent whiskers and a beautiful, fluffy coat that she keeps pristine with careful grooming. She has blossomed out of her shell and gained so much confidence around people. Now, she’s happy to explore her world, get pets and scratches, and eat everything she can get, purring nonstop. At 12 weeks old, she is ready for adoption!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Hey all! I'm Zeppelin. I am as handsome as a doll, complete with my own mittens and boots. I am a very happy, high-energy, sociable kitty, play well with my siblings, and enjoy a good belly rub. Your warm lap is a cozy place to nap, and I’m prepared to give you, in the words of rocker Robert Plant, “All of My Love” when you take me to my forever home. Story
Wednesday is the sweetest, most gentle little weirdo that will melt even the darkest of hearts. Wednesday is allergic to any color that is not black or white as evidenced by her gorgeous tuxedo appearance. While more reserved compared to her sister Hammy, Wednesday isn’t afraid to explore the world around her. Even though this brave girl enjoys doing her own thing most of the time, she will always come back for a friendly nudge from her sister or pet from her foster mom. At 4 months old, Wednesday is ready for her forever home. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
