Story
Due to unfortunate circumstances, I am in need of help rehoming two miniature pinchers of my sisters. They are great with kids and other animals. They are 9 years old and house trained. Perferred to be together and not separated since they've been together since birth. Mancho is male and Rosie a female. Both are fixed. Please contact me if you're interested. Thank you

Story
Zorro made his way to us when someone found a "Pit Bull puppy" running around alone. Once we set out eyes on Zorro, we quickly realized he was neither Pit Bull nor puppy. While we are not quite sure of Zorro's breed, the vet estimates him to be a little over a year old.At 15 pounds, Zorro is a petite man with a personality we are surprised fits in his body. He is an exuberant little fellow who adores playing with any and all toys! Zorro also loves spending time with people. Zorro has a zest for the world that he releases as energy, meaning he would not enjoy the life of a lap dog. Zorro would make a great hiking or walking buddy! Zorro is house-trained and knows some basic commands. Zorro loves canine friends and having a canine sibling would be the cherry on top at his new home! If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: acskc.org/adoption/adoption-applicationOnce your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive! The shelter is a scary place for a little puppy like me, but things are looking up now and I am ready to find my forever people. Could that be you? I am your typical sweet and playful puppy. I am always up for making new human and canine friends. At my young age, I am in my prime for training and socialization too. I promise to be the best friend you've ever had. Adopting me would mean endless love, companionship and a whole lot of cuteness. I can't wait to meet you! Submit an application today. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/  or email our Foster Coordinator at  foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSponsor Me!    Make a  tax-deductible donation  today by visiting us at http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/donate/  . Story
Hi - My name is Dora and I am a new member of the AARF family. I am a Miniature Pinscher, but because I am brand new to these parts, there`s not much more known about me or my personality just yet. If you check back a little later, I`m sure my foster parents will have a lot more information to post about me. If you have any questions, though, feel free to send an email to info@animalalliesrescue.org. or if you just think it`s love at first sight, please fill out an adoption application at this site - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org and choose me - Dora!My adoption fee is $350.00. AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. We’ve been checked by a veterinarian, and we’re up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). We’ve been tested for heartworm and other tick borne diseases (4DX), and we’ve started our heartworm and flea preventive medications. Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!
