Story
Blue Man is a very handsome silver gray 6-year-old min pin that weighs 13 lb and is looking for a home since his original mom is in stage 4 breast cancer.  He has lived with another black and tan min pin girl and they have had several litters over the years.  We ideally would love for the two of them to go together but we feel that they could live separately.  This boy is extremely sweet and oh so handsome and wonderful on a leash.  He is almost housebroken and does not pee in the house but sometimes will do number two but is getting better with that every day.  He is very good with other dogs but we don't know about cats since there are none in his foster home.  He is a calm boy and would be a prize for someone to love.  He loves to be under the covers and will snuggle and sleep at your feet.  If you know the breed you know their traits their intelligence and their devotion to their human.  If you would even consider to you would be double blessed with double love. Please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.August 20, 2024, 1:48 pm

Story
Our little lady Mia is a 6-year-old min pin who is 14 lb and talks to the world.  She is extremely aware of her environment and surroundings and any new things that come within her realm of sight.  She will bark to make a comment.  This girl is loving and adores being under the covers at night with her foster mom.  The min pin breed is such a smart and intelligent dog and she has been with another male that is a companion but we feel they might be able to live apart.  She is not housebroken as yet.  She's a little stubborn on that but nothing that a diaper couldn't contain and also work on controlling that training.  She walks beautifully on a leash is great around other dogs and probably would be fine with cats if tested.  She's good with meeting new people but will bark at first till she gets to know you.  She is not an apartment dog because of the barking and we wouldn't want your neighbors to be upset.  She is happy and stable and very workable on some of the things that she is falling short on.  If you would love this beautiful girl and have the time to work with her on the house breaking element she's ready to go.  Kennel trained and leash trained and people friendly along with dogs, this girl really can be the total good package.  If you're interested please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com and be sure to tell us where you live, city and state when inquiring. Story
House trained: Mostly Energy level: Moderate (shes playful and spry for her age!) Noise level: Medium Hey there I'm Daisy your new four-legged best friend! Despite my age I'm still as playful and spry as a pup. I absolutely love going for walks and guess what? I can keep up with the younger dogs with no problem. So if you're an active soul I'm your perfect match! Now let's talk about my other love food! I'm a bit of a foodie and I'll make sure you never forget when it's time to chow down. I'm what they call a Velcro dog meaning I like to stick close to my humans. I'd be over the moon if you're the kind of person who takes me everywhere or works from home. I thrive on companionship and being by your side is my favorite place to be. As a result, I do have some separation anxiety when you leave - I just want to be with you always! I generally come when called and I do great on a leash! In a nutshell I'm Daisy, a lovable food-loving and energetic dog ready to bring joy to your home. If you're on the lookout for a loyal companion for walks and a buddy to keep you company at home I'm your girl! I cant wait to find my forever home where I can share all the love Ive got to give! My foster guardian says: Daisy is very cute and sweet and at times funny and goofy (for example a few times she has danced around my dog and rubbed herself up against her). She also likes to roll around and rub things like couch cushions. She also likes to scratch and burrow and roll around on towels sheets shirts small rugs etc that are on the floor. Likes: Burrowing rawhide sticks hanging with you! Dislikes: Cars; when my people leave! My ideal home: Id love a home where I can be treated like a queen to live out my golden years. I'd do best in a home without children or older children that can respect my space. We do not have a shelter. CDCK has a thorough adoption process to find the best possible fit for each of our dogs and cats (we do not operate under a first-come, first-served model). Upon accepting a new cat or dog into the organization, we provide a basic vet visit that includes necessary vaccinations, disease screenings, deworming, microchips, and spay/neuter for dogs six months and older. We do not provide a comprehensive medical exam before adoption. As a result, sickness, injury, and disability may exist unbeknownst to CDCK. City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is not responsible for payment of any vet care, including known and unknown medical conditions once a cat or dog is adopted from us. Dog specific: Rabies, DHPP, Lepto and Bordetella vaccines. They are tested for HW, Lyme, Ehrlichia, Anaplasmosis. Most cats and dogs will have a house-training accident in the initial days in their new home and we cannot guarantee any pet is housebroken or crate trained.

Story
Calling all walkers - your ideal four legged companion has arrived! Chocolate might be a senior on paper, but he lives for his morning walks and has no problem walking a couple of miles every day. We have taken him on three hikes of about 3 miles, and he never slowed down: he jumps over fallen trees, climbs rocks, and even scrambled up a dry creek bed when his foster mom got them lost (oops!).   Chocolate has a 75lb foster brother, and has made friends with every dog he has ever met. Don't let him fool you if he barks: he is only worried that he will miss an opportunity to make a new friend. Every time we've done an introduction, Chocolate has done absolutely great. He would love a home with other dogs.    Chocolate attended a party last weekend with 30 people and 3 dogs. He was the belle of the ball and was passed around from lap to lap for hours. He was extremely gentle with little kids, sniffed around with new dogs, and greeted everyone who came in the door politely. He would love to be your pint sized pal at the farmers market, picnics, wineries, or anywhere else he can accompany you.    He is a top notch snuggler, and loves to be tucked in beside you while you work or relax. He doesn't need to be pet all the time and is content to fall asleep in your lap, as long as he is touching you.    We're sure this sassy senior will slow down at some point, but he shows no signs of doing it anytime soon. He is on a mission to see the world, and he's looking for someone who can help him do it.  __________________________________________________ This dog's adoption fee is $475.
