Story
We have a transport where we will be personally taking our dogs home leaving on 3/14/25 to NorCal and OR. Surrounding states will be added to our route if needed ☺️ We would love to add Emma to our trip for the right home 💕 Meet Emma. She is a 3.5 year old poodle/bichon mix. She is spayed, current on her yearly vaccines, microchipped, and had an overall great wellness exam with our vet who has cleared her to find a home all her own ❤️ She is house trained, and will paw at the door when she needs to be let out. She will come to you, and bark to let you know if you aren't paying attention to her pawing method. She hasn't had any accidents in our home since she has been with us 🙂 She has been introduced to a crate, but she is not a fan of it at all. She will howl, and cry when left in the crate so we decided it was best to make the crate obsolete. She has amazing house manners, and does very well unattended in the home so eliminating the crate wasn't hard at all. She likes to lay on her bed in our room at night, and will sleep peacefully all night knowing she is near her human ❤️ She occasionally likes to sleep in before officially starting her day, so we make sure to keep the curtains closed until she decides to join us 😊 She is leash trained, and really loves her walks. She will stroll around the neighborhood with you, or lounge at your feet if out to a pet friendly restaurant. She is very easy going, and calm which has allowed us to include her in ALOT of what we do out of the home which brings her a tremendous amount of joy. She is great with other dogs, and cats alike but her true LOVE lays with her humans. Her eyes light up the moment they connect with yours and that's where she finds her true happy place every day ❤️ Don't get me wrong, if you have another animal in your home she will happily join them in life and be there absolute best friend but her person can equally hold that title so with or without animal friends as long as she has YOU then that's all that will ever matter 😊 She is not a barker, but will alert you on occasion to unfamiliar sounds. She is very confident in her surroundings once settled, so we rarely hear a bark from her, unless it's a new noise and she wants to familiarize herself with what it is. She is very smart, and listens very well so if you want her to follow suit while you investigate a noise she will gladly let you take over and keep her safe because her trust fully lies with her person. She is wonderful on road trips and loves to look out the window and take in the beauty of all that's new to her. Once she is tired of gazing out the window, she will lay down and nap til you reach your destination. She is just happy to be a part of the ride, no matter where it leads ❤️ She is wonderful with our groomers, and always loves a good spa day. She is amazing on the table, and is very patient with all that needs to be done. She is an absolute beautiful soul, and one that will steal your heart from the moment you meet her ❤️ Her adoption fee in total is on our website at the bottom of her adoption listing at https://www.breadoflifek9refuge.org/post/_emma-1 It covers all vet costs. She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped (registration is included,) is current on flea/tick medication, and due to slight allergies was also given an allergy injection to relieve those symptoms (which worked wonderful!) It also covers the care involved in the time she has been here with us, her grooming costs, and her training we have personally done with her here 😊

Story
** I am available for meet and greets Monday - Saturday! **Hi, I`m Tito! I`m about 5 years old and weigh 17 pounds. I have a behavior waiver that addresses my handling sensitivity with strangers. Do you like...Dogs? I`ve never lived with other dogs, and don`t appreciate young, high energy pups. I may be able to co-exist with a dog that is neutral and can give me space. Cats? Unknown. I would need slow introductions and supervision if you want me to live with a feline friend. Kids? No thank you! I am looking for a more mature household who can be patient with me as I warm up. Anything else you`d like us to know, Tito? I`m a sheltered guy, who is looking for a quiet home with just a person or two that I can bond closely with. Once I consider you a friend, I am very goofy, cuddly, and affectionate! But I`m not for everyone, and have shown that I mean business if you push me past my limits. I came into the shelter as a surrender and the above information is all recommendations based on my previous history and the behavior seen at the shelter. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Story
Meet Henry!  Henry was surrendered by his former owners when they felt they no longer had the time to care for him. Henry is a quiet and gentle senior boy who gets along with everyone. He seems to navigate situations well which makes us believe he has some vision still but he may be a little hard of hearing. Henry enjoys going for easy strolls, having a person around and snoozing on his dog bed. He also shows signs of being potty trained when taken out on a frequent, regular schedule. Henry will be seeing the vet to assess what his medical needs may be, along with getting a much needed dental cleaning. Due to his all around sweet, easy going nature, Henry would fit easily into any family ready to spoil a sweet senior during his golden years. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates! If you would like to be considered as Henry's forever home, be sure to submit an adoption application on our website! Adoption fee includes; spay/neuter, microchip, microchip registration, dewormer, fecal testing, flea/tick prevention and age-appropriate vaccines. Henry would do great in a home with...Cats : Yep! Dogs : Yep!  Kiddos : Yep!   ##2315690##

Story
Meet Kelsey! Kelsey is 10 years old but has the energy and playfulness of a puppy! Kelsey LOVES toys and he flips them up in the air, catches them and then shakes them like crazy. He is just so cute! He is about 10lbs and is good with all people, other dogs and cats. Kelsey has a dental cleaning scheduled for October 25th so we are seeking a foster to adopt for darling Kelsey. Kelsey has limited vision due to age, but he gets around no problem. Kelsey is current on all vaccines, neutered, microchipped and his blood panel came back with all normal values. Interested in Kelsey? Please email stmartinsanimalrescue@hotmail.com and ask for an application. 🐶🩵🐶
