To apply to adopt this dog now, complete our adoption application HERE To see our upcoming events where you can meet some of our dogs, please see HERE Age: 3 months (as of 1/15/25) Weight: 4 - 5 lbs as of (12/23/24) This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Introducing the Bitzy Pups! These adorable puppies can’t wait to meet you. Mitzy and her brothers Itzy and Fritzy are gentle and playful. We are thinking these little ones are a Poodle mix. These are typical puppies with typical puppy behavior - like chewing on stuff, playing with each other, playing with toys, playing with people and just playing in general! They are just getting started on potty, crate, and leash training and so far, so good! We think they will pick up these important skills quickly as they seem very smart. They are playful with other dogs and seem ok with cats that they like to chase in playfulness. They love all us adults, but we don’t yet know how they are with kids but think they should be ok as they are so gentle and even-tempered. They love toys and are happy to chill with a ball when not playing with you! The Bitzy pups are eager to please, toy and treat motivated little squirts, so puppy training classes will be lots of fun! Mitzy would love to find a forever family that has lots of time and patience to raise a puppy properly, and who has lots of extra time for loving and cuddles. If you are looking for a puppy, Mitzy, or one of her littermates, may be perfect for you! Fill out an application today and let her know that you'd love to have her join your family! An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this. To apply for this dog, fill out an adoption application on our website: Adoption Application - SOS Animal Rescue League in Rhode Island (sosarl.org) **Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor. January 9, 2025, 9:46 am
