Miss Mabel is an energetic, fun, smart as a whip, Schnauzer/Heeler mix. She’s a medium sized girl with the body of a heeler and the coat of a schnauzer. Mabel is approximately 8 months old and dog friendly, but is best paired with a similarly sized, playful, male. Senior dogs will be very annoyed by her energy. Mabel loves every human she meets, big or small. Mabel will thrive in a home with a yard and humans that enjoy smart pups and that like to train. No cats, please. Mabel is being fostered in Niwot, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. * You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/mabel/. Story
Sweet Thelma is a 16-week-old, female, Schnauzer/Poodle (and other stuff) mix. She is an outgoing, playful girl that will be well-suited in a home with another playful dog friend. She’s hard at work on her potty and crate training since arriving into foster care. We think she’d do well in a multi-dog home. Thelma’s mom is pictured below. We don’t know who or what her dad was. She joins us from New Mexico. Thelma still has her puppy coat, so her shedding can’t be accurately assessed. Thelma is being fostered in Berthoud, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.* You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/thelma/.
