Story
Meet Noah!!!! This handsome young guy was found in Mississippi walking the streets looking for help. Nobody wanted to help him, until this nice woman saw him and called the shelter. Noah never got reclaimed, so Fetching Hearts Rescue came to his rescue. Noah is shy when he first meets you, but does warm up and become an amazing boy. He loves to play with other dogs. He is submissive when playing. Noah will make a great buddy or active partner. He will go on walks with you, hang out in the backyard, run around with his friends or snuggle up in the evenings and watch TV with you. Noah is such a wiggle butt even though his little nub of a tail is there. He enjoys his toys and bones. We recommend training as we don't have a back history on him and he is working on his commands. He is food motivated, so that should not be too hard to teach him in a class. Don't miss out on this sweet, handsome and happy boy. Noah cannot wait to meet his forever friend, or family soon. Apply for him today to make him a part of your forever family. Story
Happy wagging puppy tails are all the rage with this sweet and totally adorable 5-month-old black mouth cur litter. Joyful and happy, any one member of this litter is a unique treasure. With full curiosity and ambition, these pups dream big. They are one step closer to finding their happily ever after and they are allowing the excitement of the journey lead them to their destination. Our boy Hopper has grown up in rescue and since the tender age of 2 months old. He and his siblings were found in rough shape. With time, dedication and TLC, he flourished. That was step one of his journey. Looking back is not an option for Hopper, and either is growing up and getting bigger. He is around 30 pounds, and it is estimated that he will be a large size boy of over 60 pounds when fully grown. With lots of good times ahead of him, Hopper does not waste any time with making friends. He does well with other dogs, kids and adults. When you are a friend to Hopper, you are a friend for life. He has not been introduced to a cat since his time in rescue so he remains undecided if he will entertain a relationship of the feline persuasion. His unknowns are a small piece to the bigger picture. His fun play side to his rest and relaxation side is what make Hopper a fun boy and a great canine to be around. He will liven up any day with playtime activities and the sky is the limit for him. Around every corner Hopper is sure to be a bright spot in the heart of his family. He is working on his house, crate and leash walking skills and is eagerly waiting her triumph to show her family how a great canine companion can acclimate to a home environment. He knows that he will be proud of his accomplishments as well as his family. As with all puppies, Hopper is full of curiosity and wonderment, and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. He will need a home with someone who has the time, desire and energy to train and socialize him so that he can become the perfect lifelong companion. He has lots of ambition, lots of charm and, more importantly, lots of love. Hopper is ready to break down the barriers, open up the flood gates and make his way into the loving arms of his forever family. The adoption fee for Hopper is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Cameo - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Cameo, a beautiful name for a beautiful gal like me. I have the sweet natured attitude that will make me a great family addition. At 2 years old, I'm also at a great age where as I'm still playful but way past that destructive puppy stage. That sure makes for a nice combo for my new family. Oh and another nice thing...I'm already house trained too!! I have an amazing tiger striped pattern in my coat and show stopping amber colored eyes which make for a stunning combo!! My hairytage of the Mountain Cur and the Plott hound makes for the beautiful swirling stripe pattern of my coat, a genetic characteristic. My personality is sweet, sweet, sweet and I am very human oriented. I love giving and getting kisses and spending time with my people. Also, for a medium sized dog of 55ish lbs, I am a great snuggler!! I will wrap myself around my Foster Mum and delight in the attention!! I will stay there snuggling for as long as she has time! I walk well on leash and know how to sit and stay. I have great focus and pay attention really well. I am a people pleaser and will try to do whatever it takes to make you happy!! I get on well with most all other doggies and enjoy romping in the yard getting a good game of keep away or tag you're it going but I LOVE hoomans and haven't met a stranger yet, I'm pretty sure everyone is here just to give me lots of lovins!! :) I'm a great size to make you a pawsome action adventure type companion, whether it's going for neighborhood strolls, camping trips or hikes in the wilderness, I'm willing and ready! And then after our fun, I love my beloved snuggles by the fireplace (on the couch is fine too). I'm up for trying it all with...YOU!! If you are looking for a "dog of a different color", then look no further!! I for sure want to be your gal!!
