Story
Introducing Rascal! Rascal was surrendered several months ago after feuding with the other dogs in the home. After several weeks of observation and meet and greets with other dogs and various visitors, Rascal has been given the green light to be adopted. Rascal has done very well with the other dogs he has met during his stay at the pound and we feel he would do fine in a home with other dogs, though we do require a meet and greet beforehand. We don’t know the situation in his previous home that led to the fights among the dogs, and Rascal should be monitored in his new home, just like any other dog going into a new home with unfamiliar animals.Let’s talk about Rascal’s behavioral quirks. Rascal is noisy. He grunts, grumbles, and makes a high-pitched screeching whine when he’s left alone. The noises that come out of his mouth can be off-putting, but we have decided he is just a weird dog and have grown to accept him. Rascal is a one-of-a-kind dog who would benefit from an adopter who will get to know him and accept him the way he is.

Story
This little honey is Kay!Kay is a sweet, sweet soul that wants nothing more than to find a forever home. For the most part Kay is a really mild-mannered dog and listens great. She does get excited when she meets new faces and does a little happy dance. We are still working with her on not jumping and are confident she's going to do amazing with a routine and a little work on manners. This brindled babe would benefit from crate-training, as she tends to have accidents if not let out frequently.Kay has been interested in be-friending the other shelter dogs and would likely do fine in a home with another canine companion. Kay has also been cat-tested and passed with flying colors. She would be a great addition to any family!Overall, Kay is a great girl that just needs a little guidance. Are you looking for a friendly, versatile pup to join your family? Consider filling out an adoption application for Miss Kay!**Spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention. Weighs about 40 lbs**
