Story
Wally (or Walnut) is around 7-8 years old, he's outgoing, full of energy (when he wants to be), loves attention, butt scratches, kids, and music. He makes a lot of funny noises, is scared of storms, the dark, and being alone a lot. Wally is a runner if he gets off leash, and a puller on the leash, it's best to have him in a harness and a gentle correction lead to make him stop. He is sensitive to correction and kind of slow to really understanding instructions. He's lived in apartments as far as I'm aware, as he was adopted when he was already grown, but he LOVES to be chased and to run, which is why I think a home with kids and it's own fenced yard is necessary for him. He's a big chewer and needs toys for that or he might resort to chewing on a blanket(speaking from experience, he has a designated one here). Wally is truly an amazing dog and we do love him but we don't have what he needs, and he looks depressed a lot of the time which is worrying. He deserves a good/happy life.

Story
River is an amazing girl, she is easy to train and easy to play with. Her only flaws are that due to a recent newborn, she gets over excited and jumps on her newborn sister and that if left in the crate for over 5 hours, she will sometimes have an accident. Other than that she knows how to sit with the snap of your finger. She understands, “go to your crate, lay down, sit, go potty”. All she wants to do is go outside with her squeaky chicken and play fetch with almost perfect recall. Unfortunately due to her over excitement and accidentally clawing our newborn daughter, she can no longer stay in the home with us without being in the crate. It breaks our hearts to do so but River needs a family that can meet those needs.

Story
Daisy is just about the sweetest love bug you will ever meet. She just wants to love and be loved. She spends most of her days chilling out while I work. Loves to be outside and sunning herself on the back porch. She sits so pretty and waits to be fed. You could not ask for a better dog. She did great with other dogs, but one dog who lived with us got a little aggressive with her and they would not get along after that. Since that point, Daisy has been an only dog. She talks to the other dogs in the neighborhood through the fence, but she comes back when I call her to the backdoor. She doesn't love the leash, but walks on one nightly. We've had Daisy since she was a puppy. She's always been to the same vet that knows her well, and we will share all of that info with you. She is amazing. It's breaking my heart to have to rehome her, but we are losing our home and moving a long distance to a place where she can't come with us. Someone...please give my baby a good home.

Story
Ruby is a 2 year old who who we’ve been fostering for the past 2 months. She loves to wake up with kisses, belly rubs and a game of tug of war with one of her her favorite toys, are you ready to play? She’s not shy about telling you what she wants and loves to burn off her high energy by running around a fenced yard or being chased when she has a ball in her mouth. She is house trained, well behaved in a vehicle, is great on the leash and loves to go on long walks. Never known to turn down a treat we used this to teach her the basic commands. With strong consistent guidance in a pet and kid free environment she’ll truly shine in her forever home.
