Story
Tucker is a very loved dog, from a good home. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule, I need to rehome him. Although, he has been very socialized, he doesnt get along with male dogs who are bigger then him. He did once get along with all dogs, but he changed, after once getting attacked by a German Shepherd. He is free to a good home, as long as he gets the attention that he needs.

Story
Brady was Rescued from the Virgin Islands, when he was about year old. He is not big but he is stocky. He loves being the center of attention. He has a huge personality! His favorite game is tug. He loves to run and thinks he part reindeer and jumps high. He is very curious and likes to explore his environment. He and his little bestie grew a bit older, two unexpected factors arose. Sadly, his little human developed an allergy that she is struggling with. The second factor arose when Brady was determined to protect his family and didn’t hesitate to tell strangers and other dogs to stay away from his home. Brady went to a behavioral trainer and received a behavior evaluation by a trusted trainer who stated Brady seemed very well adjusted with good recall and manners, He just needs to be introduced to people slowly after a few minutes he is doing much better now with treats. The ideal home would be someone with time & patience to retrain him. Older children and no other pets.

Story
We adopted Callie when she was about 4 months old from a rescue in Maine in 2020. She has been an amazing and sweet dog with us these last 4 years. Unfortunately, as of lately, she has started to not get along with our other dog. We have 2 small children and for their safety, we feel like the best thing we can do is find her a home that is just centered around her. She has never been a problem with our kids, but they could easily get in the middle accidentally if the dogs are going at it. Callie is an incredibly affectionate dog, and wants nothing more than to be as close to her loved ones as possible. She loves to snuggle, and loves a soft blanket to lay on. She is very anxious, and can be distractive at times, so she would benefit from behavioral training. She would do best in a family with no other pets and older kids if any. We love her very much, and it breaks our hearts to do feel like this is our only option, but we hope we can find her a family who loves her as much as we do.

Story
Peggy is a 9 year old basset hound mix. She has a great personality and loves humans. She is a little iffy with other dogs especially dogs bigger than her. She is missing a hind leg but that does nothing to hinder her. Although she is about to turn 9 she has puppy energy and loves to play and run around. She is house trained and is extremely food motivated. She has had no health issues thus far. She is spayed and microchipped. I think she would do well in a home with mostly adults, she has not had experiences with babies or cats.

Story
Abe is 3 years old, he came from Aruba as a puppy. Abe is fun, loves to run (he is fast), and loves his toys and treats. He would thrive in an environment where he has a K9 friend and space to run/explore. He is good with most other dogs when he has a proper introduction. He can be nervous with new people coming over the house and he does not like when dogs walk by the house. He also is nervous around small kids so 13+ would be best. He walks well on a leash but can be leash reactive with other dogs. Abe is athletic and loves to run and chase with other dogs, he loves hikes and running on the beach. Abe does really well when he has a yard to run in and a friend to play with. He loves being off leash and has great recall. Once settled, he will be a great addition. Abe is house trained, crate trained, e-collar trained and knows many commands. He is up to date with shots/vaccinations. Currently Abe lives in city and this is not a good fit for him, he would love a quieter less busy home
