Story
This dog showed up at my house a few weeks ago. Animal control and shelters are saying he’s our responsibility now and I want him to go to a good home. I’ve gotten him house trained, and crate trained. When I took him to the vet I was informed there’s a high possibility of abuse and likely from a man because he’s a little iffy with men at first. His growth has been stunted likely from the abuse he endured. He’s great with kids and women, just needs extra time with men. Please help me give him a second chance at a loving home, he deserves it. He loves being outside (when it’s not raining), he loves his toys, and enjoys laying on the couch/bed. He would make a wonderful companion for the right person!

Story
Mia was a rescue from area that I got back in May 23'. We think she is around a little over 1 1/2 yrs old. She has always been sweet as she can be with the kids. We have teenagers and she takes turns sleeping in their beds at night. She is house and crate trained, however she can't be left unsupervised in the house without being in her crate. She gets anxious that you have left her and will chew on random available things (hats, remotes, flipflops). We have been trying so hard to break her of that. She seems to have severe separation anxiety, so when left alone free in the living room she makes it known she isn't happy. If one of us goes outside and doesn't take her she will cry at the door. She won't run off or go off the porch unless it's fenced in or you walk her with a leash. She does hate cats with a strong vengeance. The main reason for rehoming is due to a recent move to take care of my elderly Father. He has lots of cats. She really is a sweet dog, she just needs more attention

Story
We rescued Buddy when he was 6 months old. He was found abandoned, left starving and barely surviving. Despite his trouble past he has been a phenomenal dog. Loves to play fetch, loves to run, loves to be right by your side, and is a great adventure dog! He is good with dogs (a little wary at first, will bark for a minute until he is comfortable with the other animal). He does really well with cats, he has lived with one for half of his life. He is now 8 years old, but unfortunately does not do well with kids, especially young ones (I have a toddler). As much as it pains me, we can no longer direct him the attention he deserves. Ideally, his new home would be with an active household, with NO young children. Other cats and dogs are fine, though he would need a moment to warm up. He really is a phenomenal dog, and it kills us to let him go. But I want to ensure he can live out the rest of his life loved, happy, and stress-free.

Story
Roach is a young heeler mix rescue. He spent a large part of his puppyhood in a cage without proper socialization before we got him, so he needs some work getting used to public settings/new people. He does great with those coming into the house if they sit on the couch and meet him, but is wary in public. He is house trained, working on muzzle training, and his vocabulary expands quickly. He is great for nail trims, will give you his paw and sits still. Accustomed to having his teeth brushed. Very high energy, loves to play fetch, enjoys training. He has made great progress with leash manners. We are rehoming Roach due to career changes giving us very little time for his energy needs, and with maturity he has developed a strong prey drive towards my cat. He grew up around children, is gentle with them, but gets excitable/likes to chase, so may be better suited for older children. He is very affectionate, always wants to be near his people, knows many commands. Comes w/ bowls/bed/crate

Story
Kush is great with kids and dogs.Has a lot of energy and loves to go out for long walks and fetch. He loves to cuddle and is a great shadow. Kush is a great inside dog that will provide comfort and companionship. I am relocating outside of Georgia and cannot bring him with me. This is very sad for me and I want to rehome him with a great lifetime owner. I adopted him from Fulton County Shelter in December 2021. I will supply starter food, bowls, collars, toothbrushes, brushes, nail clippers, shampoo, conditioner, mat, toys, and puzzles.
