Story
Want a dog who both loves to cuddle and play? Please consider our beloved pup, Socks (officially Socrates)! Well trained, smart, and playful, he's truly a dog for everyone - and when paired with his sister, Sandals (other dog in the photos) they make a great team for any family. Due to us moving, sadly we are having to surrender Socks, though we have had him since he was 8 weeks old (he is currently 4). Socks and Sandals will be up to date on shots the day you adopt them, we simply are awaiting our next paycheck to get them up to date. Socks also has seasonal allergies for his ears, and a full bottle of over the counter ear medication will be provided. This dog is great with anyone - family, friends, other dogs, and kiddos! We haven't had cats so I don't know if how he'd do in a home with them but he is truly a great addition to any home. Sandals is also available, and people who wish to adopt both (both free to a good home) will get first priority to adopt them! Please consider!

Story
If you are looking for a lovely, calm dog who LOVES cuddles and pets: please consider 1/2 of our amazing dog duo: Sandals (Sandalwood)! She is roughly around 4 years old now, and while we do not really know what breed she is, we can tell you the important things: She's loving, calm, and GREAT around other dogs and children (we don't have cats so I can't say for certain). She spends a majority of her day either lounging in the shade or basking in the sun, with the occasional burst of zoomies as she runs in circles around our backyard for five minutes before returning to her lounging past time. While she is not currently up to date on shots, we will have her taken to the vet and groomed before you take her home - we will also provide you with all of her paperwork, and a free bag of her current dog food. If you are also in love her brother Socks (Socrates) - the black and white dog pictured above, please let us know! Both are free to a good home!

We got Otis from the OKC animal shelter, he is about 7 months old. He is a sweet boy with tons of energy but too much energy for our busy schedule as we just had a newborn.

Story
Meet Louie, he is 6 years old. He deserves a better life than that which I can offer him. My husband and I adopted Louie when he was a puppy. We fell in love with him immediately and started his training. We have two other dogs, both well loved and, due to one of them aging, thought it was time to add to our family. Unfortunately, my husband became ill directly after we got Louie, finally succumbing to his health issues a couple of years ago. Also in that time, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am 64 years old, live alone, and have difficulties with maintaining things as they are, physically. Louie has grown to become a beautiful animal, yet his size has become a detriment to me, as I can no longer restrain him for walks and the like. He has begun to knock me down unintentionally as he’s too strong for me to handle. I am desperate for someone to provide a home for him. He’s a good boy and he deserves a home that can care for him entirely while also giving him the wa

Story
We found Ajax on the street when he was about 1.5-2 years old, he’d been through the wringer and showed signs of abuse. I already had 2 rescues and was pregnant so I never intended to keep him. I rehabbed him, neutered him and crate trained him but he still marks so he’s kept outside during the day. Since then we’ve encountered a couple of issues; 1: he keeps escaping, digging under the fence. We’ve put in an electric fence but now he’s too afraid to go outside. 2: he barks at my toddler (she’s 3) and I also have a 1 year old so I’m getting nervous about him being around kids. He needs a home where there are no kids or older kids, he does great with other dogs and is unbelievably friendly and cuddly but he needs more house training.

Story
Hey guys my name is Liam Brunson and I rescued this dog off of reddit last night. I reached out to the redditor who found him tied up behind the Fabric Factory! He is definitely an older pitbull with some old injuries indicative of dog fighting but he is super sweet! He has difficulties walking on his front right leg possibly due to arthritis or an old injury. I am not able to keep him permanently due to having 3 other dogs but he is staying with me while I find a place for him. I have started him on a dewormer and figuring out currently what food he likes. If it is at all possible defintiely anyone who has experience with senior dogs and who has patience will make a great companion for him! I’m off tomorrow and thursday and go back on shift friday. If interested feel free to reach out to me!
