Meet Mocha! Mocha is an All American Mix and we estimate that she is around 2 years old. This lady has some stunning eyes and is full of energy! She's a curious girl and loves to investigate all the new exciting smells around her. We think she's quite an athletic girl, who would do really well in a home where she'll have a good outlet for that energy. Mocha did fairly well in her meet and greet with another shelter dog, but be warned she's a vocal lady and loves to talk & let everyone know how she's feeling! This happy, curious lady is looking for her forever home! If you think she's as perfect as we do come meet her. Story
Sweet Potato is sweet, silly, 30lb, 9 y/o, and long bodied. We acquired her from the Richmond SPCA, but she does not get along with our other dog. She will flourish as the only dog in the home, has not been tested with cats, & would prefer a home with older children (10+ y/o). She enjoys lounging around the house, cuddling, & sunbathing. She prefers to stay home & therefore does not require much exercise outside. She does well with being crated when on a consistent schedule & can be left alone outside the crate in the home without being destructive & can use a pee pad. She needs to have her anal glands expressed monthly & does not enjoy having her nails cut, but often chews them herself. She does skip when walking long distances, but is not in pain and may need further evaluation as she ages. She takes a while to warm up to large men.

Kobe is a 8 year old hound/lab mix. He has bouts of energy and laziness and loves to cuddle closely. He is leash trained and knows all basic commands (sit, lay, stay/wait, come). He is not crate trained. He can and will jump a 4 foot fence so he will need a yard with a 6 foot fence OR daily walks to get his energy out. He is very food motivated, intelligent and easy to train.

Ellie is THE PERFECT DOG for a person or couple that wants a loving companion. She is a smart, sweet, and lovable dog weighing under 20 pounds. She has a black and tan coat, was born on December 12, 2016, and has the cutest overbite you’ve ever seen. Previously the constant companion of the owner's partner, who has passed away, Ellie now needs a new home because she doesn't get along with the owner's Chihuahua. Currently staying with a dog sitter in King William, Ellie gets along well with the sitter's family and their two German shepherds. Ellie uses K9 Advantix II, and Heartguard, is allergic to corn and peas and loves loves chicken and jerky treats. She is very affectionate and is a great companion. If interested, please consider giving Ellie a loving home
