Story
Meet Pappy Pappy is a female papillon mixed born in 5/2020. She is current on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped & spayed. She weighs around 10lbs currently.Pappy is an affectionate, loyal, velcro dog - she is going to be the best companion to her people. She gets along with other dogs but always has her eyes open, watching for her people. She enjoys all sized humans, we are unsure how she is with cats. She is working on potty training & has never been on a leash. She would enjoy a secured, attached yard to do her business & enjoy the fresh air. She would prefer a spot in your bed at night but is also content snuggled in a comfy blanket. She is an easy going lady, with so much love to give! Story
Baby is a female Papillion Cavalier mix, but around here she’s like a mountain goat! This girl, who is around a year old, loves to be up somewhere she can perch enjoy watching everything going on, especially through a window! She can be a bit shy when she first meets others, but warms up to accept other pups around her. While she enjoys keeping her distance and being to herself she certainly doesn’t mind their company. To our knowledge, she has not been around cats, despite acting like one! She may get along great with another climbing friend!  Baby is current on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. She will need continued puppy training, such as potty, kennel and leash, while she adjusts to her new home.  Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com. If she fits your family and lifestyle, you will be contacted within 48 hours. Click HERE for the adoption application ##2121991##

Story
Benjamin is a detective! He sits back, observes, listens, and takes it all in.  He then decides if he wants to join in. He would appreciate a patient human who will allow him to make the first move. He sometimes enjoys a good play session, however, he’s just as content to watch you around the house. He feels more comfortable around less dominant dogs. Low key is his game.  Benjamin is almost 2, up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. He will need occasional brushing and bathing to keep his coat exceptional.  Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com. If he fits your family and lifestyle, you will be contacted within 48 hours. Click HERE for the adoption application ##2123797##

Story
PATCHES was spayed 11/28/18 at Servicios Medicos Veterinarios, Sonora, Dr. Martin Figueroa DVM.PATCHES has been diagnosed with "Masticatory Muscle Myositis" (also called Eosinophilic Myositis), an autoimmune disorder that causes the muscles in her jaw to freeze up. She currently can open her mouth only about 3/8 inch wide, and is getting a diet of special soft food. This is not surgically treatable. This condition requires long term medical care, and probably cannot be cured. Patches is now on prednisone and antibiotics. UPDATE: " PATCHES' myositis is currently stable, she is not on medication at this time. She has been on numerous protocols of steroids and antibiotics without significant improvement. If the myositis continues to be stable, she may have a normal life span. If her condition deteriorates she will require additional medical care, including medications, and that could impact her longevity. There is no further cure or surgical procedure available at this time. She has been seen by 4 vet clinics, including the most qualified specialists in Arizona.PATCHES is available for adoption as a Special Needs dog, shown by appointment only to avoid stress of adoption site. (Adoption application in advance required).

He's extremely skittish. The foster is probably the only one that can pick him up, and we have probably had him for about a year now. He's also scared of men and children. He needs someone that will be absolutely committed to spending a lot of one on one time with him.

Story
Foster Notes: OZZY is a high energy, sweet dog. He is affectionate with his foster parents and gets along with other dogs in the foster home, although he may be selective with the dogs he chooses to play with. He is active and uses the doggy door to go in and out and likes to snuggle under the sheets when ready to rest. Since he is part Chinese Crested it would be best if a potential adopter is familiar with the special needs of a hairless breed. Ozzy can be selective with people as well and would do best in a home without children under 12yrs.
