This six year-old, Plott Hound mix is shy and coy when she first meets you but something clicks after she completes her thorough sniff down and she invites you into her circle of love. From that point on, she will always greet you with the happiest of wiggles, sneaking in a kiss or two and making sure you are always close by. Ella joined our Satchel's family recently when her family's circumstances changed and they were no longer able to keep her. Although initially shy, Ella seems to love all people but she can be selective with other dogs. Come meet Ella today and decide for yourself if she is the perfect companion you've been looking for. Are you looking for a playful companion? Riggs is the one!  He is only a year old puppy who loves to play and cuddle. As a young puppy, he has so much energy to burn . He is still learning to be a good boy and working on his manners. Our sweet boy Riggs didn’t find his forever home, and has returned to our care at no fault of his own. Riggs was such a good boy in his foster to adopt but they just weren’t the right fit for him. After the returned, Riggs received $3250 worth of training at Foster Dog Farms LLC ( FDF Canine Training). Since then, he has improved immensely. He is smart and a quick learner! Riggs is a beautiful brindle hound dog. This sweet boy is totally up to date on vaccines and neutered!! He is ready for his forever home!  He’s been the goodest boy during play groups and is so dog friendly! He loves to wrestle and  catch ball. He clearly loves stuffies too as you can tell he carries that little bear around everywhere!! Riggs will need a fenced backyard to run and play, and be the only dog at home. No young kids. The perfect match for Riggs is someone who withstand energetic puppy and willing to continue applying the training in his daily activities. Someone who works from home would be a plus to polish his manners and monitor his progress. Thanks to Christine and her staff for taking good care of Riggs and getting these great action shots of him while he was in their care at Pet Suites Bloomingdale. Riggs is being fostered in Orlando. Luna is a super sweet 3 year old pup. She was rescued after having two pups (Roxy and Charlie) and was spayed when she was ready so she will only know the spoiled life now! she is a sweet girl who is dog friendly, but does best with a calm pup without reactive tendencies. She will respond to another pup if needed, but has potential to be a great pup companion! Luna LOVES the hose and it is her favorite pass time! I am a very good looking girl who loves to play. I love all water activities and love to swim. I love long walks, lazy Sundays, riding in your car, and cuddling in bed with my partner. If you're looking for a chill senior dog to hang with and be your number 1 companion and best friend, look no further - Kelly is the girl for you! Kelly has spent a number of years at Satchel's and recently went into a foster home to see how she would deal with life in a home. She settled into the home like she'd lived there her entire life and was the perfect house guest. Kelly loves meeting new people and getting belly rubs and kisses from everyone she sees on her walks. She walks well on leash, knows all basic commands and is very obedient. Car rides are one of her favorite outings (doesn't matter where to). She sits nicely as the co-pilot or will lay down in the back depending where you tell her to go. She doesn't much care for other four-legged beings and would prefer to be the only one in the home. A shy and cautious boy, our handsome Kricket is learning to explore the world again one paw at a time. He may come up to you with worried eyes, but with a bit of encouragement and possibly a tasty treat, becomes a friend quickly. He has been meeting new people almost every day, going on walks or spending some one-on-one time in the yards. He is a wonderful walker and great on the leash, though if spooked, tends to pull back to home base. He has done pretty well with some canine buddies, and prefers a calmer friend to spend time with. He can be quite the comedian at times, with his different facial expressions and unwillingness to participate in unwanted activities. He is a fan of toys, but always prefers a friend on the other end. When he is comfortable, Kricket will show a smirking smile, sneak in a few kisses and a happy wagging tail. He is a very sweet boy underneath that spotty coat of his, and with patience and encouragement will be able to expand his horizons. If you are looking for a friend to share new experiences with, but still like a cozy day in, Kricket would love to meet you!
