Story
Hi, I am Trixie. I was born in December so I’m not a tiny puppy but full of puppy love. I’m a small girl and probably won’t be a big dog at all. I’m not a crazy active pup like some, but definitely have my crazy puppy moments. I love to be outside and run. I’m a bit of a bird chaser, but we are working on that. I am quite the jumper when I see a bug. I can come off all fours and jump several times in a row. My foster mom thinks I’m part kangaroo. I mostly love couch snuggles. I’m a super lovey-dovey girl and like to be as close to you as possible. I am almost house trained, and sleep in my crate at night. I am used to cats, but sometimes play a little rough with them and might chase them if they run depending on my mood. I love kids and get along great with other dogs. My forever home MUST have another dog!!! Are you interested in adopting Trixie or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received. Completed applications can be sent via email to help@jcapl.org, faxed to 919-300-5524, or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center). We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application for Trixie. Thanks for thinking adoption!
