Roman-Friendly and Well-Socialized Plott Hound Mix!Meet Roman, a handsome 10-month-old brindle Dutch Shepherd mix rescued as a stray in Memphis. Roman is great with other dogs and lives comfortably with two canine friends in his foster home (check out the video!). He would love to have a dog buddy in his new home. Roman is also great with kids and is recommended for children 6 and older. He has a medium energy level outside but is quiet and well-mannered indoors. Roman is crate-trained, housebroken, and knows basic commands. He loves being with his people, walks well on a leash, and rides great in the car. Roman is healthy, fully vetted, current on shots, neutered, and weighs about 45 pounds. This AWESOME young shepherd mix will make an excellent companion for an active family who loves the breed. Roman still needs to be tested with cats. If you're looking for a loyal and loving friend, Roman is the perfect match!Name: RomanBreed: Plott Hound/CrossbreedSex: MaleAge: 10 months (estimated)Weight: 40 lbs (approx)Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: on recent testing: Negative Microchipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS:Good with Children: YesGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: UnknownAdoption Fee: $500.00 (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently: Memphis TN IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.
