This handsome 4 year old Plott Hound mix came in as a stray, we were convinced someone must have been missing him as awesome as he is but sadly no one ever came for him! Dayton may have started off as a stray, but he's now ready to find his forever home. And let us tell you, he's been working hard on his leash walking skills and is doing a paw-some job! This active boy loves to go on adventures and would make the perfect companion for someone with an active lifestyle. But don't let his busy schedule fool you, Dayton is a true best friend. He's affectionate, charming, and loves to cuddle. His curious and intelligent nature makes him a quick learner, and he's always eager to please his humans. Dayton has done well with the dogs he has met here at the shelter! Sure, Dayton may still be learning some household routines like potty training, but we all have our quirks, right? With some patience and love, he'll catch on quickly. Dayton has been neutered, microchipped and Heartworm tested. We have updated all vaccines including rabies.
