Chance was a rescue, given a second chance at Life. Found at about 8 months old, weighing barely 30 lbs. With a couple months, he has built his weight back to roughly 50 lbs and has re gained all his energy. Very loving and sweet dog, looking to get a second chance at a Home.

This sweet boy is Bruno! He is an approximately 3.5-year old Pointer/Cattle Dog mix who weighs around 50 lbs. Bruno was adopted as a puppy but returned at 10 months old. The family felt he was too much energy for an apartment and that he needed a home with more time for him and a yard. Bruno is an fun loving goofy dog with plenty of playful energy. He absolutely loves to play and go for walks. He will need a yard and an active family who can spend time with him and give him daily exercise. He also really needs a family who will give him mental stimulation as well such a food puzzles, snuffle matts, and teaching him new tricks. He is a really smart dog and his main issue in his old home is just lack of time spent with him. He spent too much time in a crate and not enough time getting to run and use his brain. If you are looking for a fun dog to spend your time with, Bruno is your dog. If you are looking for a walking or running companion, Bruno is your dog. If your energetic dog needs an energetic friend, Bruno is your dog. Bruno is crate, leash, and house trained. He is good with most other dogs and has played in small groups at a daycare, but can be selective. Due to his energy, I wouldn't put him with young children but children 8 and up would be great for him. He has lived with children in the past and was fine. Bruno needs a stockade fenced backyard and to meet all dogs in the household before adoption. Bruno is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $225. We have a fostering to adopt program to make sure the pet is a good fit for your family. Please research this breed of pet before considering foster / adopting. First submit an application. Once the application has been reviewed and approved. You will be contacted for an interview. You will need to submit veterinary references and contact information of your current Vet. Meet Momma Dawg – A Survivor Ready for Her Forever Home! Momma Dawg came to us in desperate need of an emergency C-section, exhausted and scared with a puppy stuck. She had been through so much and trusted no one—except for Jess, the young girl working at our vet’s office. Momma immediately bonded with Jess, refusing to let anyone else near her or her babies. With love and care, she made it through, though heartbreakingly, two of her little ones didn’t survive. But she fought for her remaining three boys, who grew strong and were eventually transported to their new homes in Iowa. With her puppies gone, Momma had to start her own journey—learning how to trust and love again. Slowly but surely, she let her foster family in, and now she’s a happy, healthy, loving girl, ready to find her forever home. While her foster family adores her, keeping her would mean they couldn’t continue fostering other dogs in need. So, they’re looking for the perfect home for this special girl. Meet Honey! She is an 8 month old, 70 lbs Pointer/Pittie mix. She is spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and microchipped. This little girl and her 10 littermates were born to one of our momma dogs that was confiscated due to animal cruelty. They and momma (Jazzy) are finally ready to find their forever homes and families! She has been living in a foster home with her brother and sister, Oreo and Cocoa. Her name suits her well as she is super sweet. We like to call her Honey Bunny. She isn't a fan of loud noises but loves to cuddle. She can be slow to warm up to new people but loves her family so much! She plays hard with her siblings or toys then passes right out. She likes attention and pets but isn't one to be held for very long. Honey is a big fan of her chew toys and loves a good squeaky toy! Honey is kennel and house trained. She is still young and will need a family to help her finish learning all the ropes. She is good with other dogs and has been exposed to different breed and sizes. We're unsure how she is with cats. She has been around older children and would probably be okay with younger ones as she's not prone to biting or scratching when she plays. She is very food motivated which should make training go great! She loves treats and is learning her basic commands. She and her siblings do best eating separately from each other. Sweet Honey would make a great addition to any dog-loving family and we can't wait to find the one that's meant for her!
