Story
Geeta (G pronounced like Get) is a sweet beautiful girl that loves to please. She is a 1.5 year old 50 lb Lab/Pointer mix that I adopted from the Greenville, SC shelter and turned out to be more energetic outside the shelter. Geeta is awesome and just needs someone younger to run, hike, fetch and play tug of war! A yard would be wonderful! She is leash trained (heel and loose leash), crate and potty trained (sleeps all night 10-7). She loves to play with her toys and chew on her nylabones. Riding in the car is exciting and she has had 3 weeks of 'Obedience/Impulse Control' training. She knows sit, come, bed, crate, potty, walk and ride. She also loves a quick brush and wipe off in the mornings. Such a princess! Then we love a yam french fry! She has everything you need (bed, crate, year supply of heart/flea/tick medicine, harness, leashes, car strap and food/treats and toys! She is also microchipped. I love her and wish I was younger and healthier to keep her.

Story
Our youngest son received Harper when she was a puppy. She was born April 2022. Harper slept with our son while in early high school. She is a very sweet dog. She loves to run and jump and play with our black lab. She is kennel trained but we call it box. She stays and plays in the outdoors in the daytime and sleeps in her box at night. She usually settles down between 7:00-9:00 pm and gets let out around 8 to 9am. She has a number of commands she follows and treats of course help to get her focused on following commands. We love her dearly but with our sons new job he will be traveling all over the Southeast and we are downsizing to a condo where she is unable to go. We are hoping for a fun family for Harper.

Story
Marsha is the definition of resilience! After recovering from a fractured hip, she’s come out stronger than ever and is ready to start the next chapter of her life with a loving family. This sweet 2-year-old girl has a positive attitude and is always eager to bring joy to those around her. Whether she’s out on a walk, playing with her favorite toys, or simply relaxing by your side, Marsha’s upbeat personality will brighten your day. Despite her past challenges, Marsha has fully recovered and is as active and energetic as ever. She loves to be around people and would thrive in a home where she can be an active, fun-loving companion. She is the perfect match for someone who’s looking for a dog with a zest for life, and she’s sure to be a loyal and loving friend. Marsha weighs 50 lbs and is in great health, ready to enjoy all the adventures life has to offer. She’d be an ideal fit for a family, a single person, or anyone looking for a dog with a big heart and an even bigger spirit.   February 9, 2025, 1:12 pm

Courtesy Post: Nope This handsome pup is Nope. He has the cutest heart nose and brown spots. He is very friendly with people and will stay by your side as long as you pet him. He loves to play and is always happy. Nope loves to go on walks and is crate trained. He is a young mix, possibly Pointer, with a birthdate of 4/28/24. He weighs 46 lbs and he is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his shots. Because of his age, he would probably like a yard with a fence and a person or family to play with him. If you are looking for a friendly pup, come meet Nope. Please contact info@hsmcsc.org for more information. This pup is posted as a courtesy and is not affiliated with the Humane Society of McCormick County (HSMC). The HSMC is not liable for this pup and an adoption of this pup would be independent of the HSMC. This courtesy post is in collaboration with the McCormick County Sheriff's Office to help cats and dogs in our community find good homes.February 22, 2025, 7:49 pm
