Meet Tullip, a delightful 1.5-year-old girl with the best of both worlds—a blend of Jack Russell Terrier spunk and Pug charm. Tullip is a well-behaved and affectionate pup who thrives in a home where she can be the center of attention, so she would do best as the only dog. She is very dog friendly, but she tends to play too rough when she gets jealous and she has difficulty settling down and relaxing. Tullip’s personality is the perfect mix of laid-back and playful. She can often be found lounging around like a contented Pug but will spring into action when it's time for fun. She’s a total cuddle bug and loves to curl up next to you while you watch TV. She’s even a dedicated TV-watcher herself! At night, Tullip loves the comfort of her crate and willingly goes to bed when it’s time. She’s a great sleeper and enjoys having her crate covered for extra coziness. Tullip is an avid chewer, so she needs a steady supply of chew bones and rawhides to keep her satisfied. Despite her love for chewing, she’s never been destructive to household furnishings, which is a big plus. As a vigilant watchdog, Tullip is fearless and will alert you to any strange noises, making her a great protector. While Tullip is incredibly loving, she’s not a fan of being held or restrained. She prefers snuggling on her own terms, often standing on her own two feet. Be warned, though—she’s a notorious face-kisser and nose-cleaner if she gets close enough! Tullip is looking for a loving home where she can be cherished as the sweet, playful, and loyal companion she is. Her adoption fee is $400 which includes her spay, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention.
