Snoopy and Sweetpea are 5 y/o pug mix siblings, new to God's Dogs Rescue. They wound up in a shelter when their owner passed away and no family member stepped up to take them in. They are both quiet, a little reserved after all they have been through. They are oh, so happy to be in a foster home, as their wagging tails and perked up ears announce. They are both a bit chonky, love being petted and love to cuddle. Don't let their "low rider": legs fool you, they can scoot fast when they want to!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Do Not Apply for a pet with PENDING in the name bar.  They have been matched with a home, but not adopted yet. Bo Bo  is an adorable chunky 13 lb boy. Born 8/29/24 He loves everyone. He adores children! He is scared of cats. He is extremely playful and very active. He gets along with other dogs, but will need to be separated at feeding time.  He can be bossy with food. We are working on this issue and house training. Adoption fee is 950.00 . This includes transport to the SE. He was surrendered by a breeder. We prefer a home who has experience with pugs.   Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Therefore, we request a  $20.00  donation through paypal in order to process and expedite your application. This shows that you are truly interested in adoption. Your application will remain on file for a year. Applications are available at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com under forms/application. Donation should be made through Paypal at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com. We are only available by phone after you have an approved application. All pets are located in the southeast. Transport is available to the NE for an additional $300.00 transport fee. We do not adopt in MA, RI due to import laws. Residents MUST pick up in CT. All dogs over 8 months will be spayed or neutered and heartworm tested. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated,microchipped, dewormed and treated for other parasites. Please read the FAQ on our website for additional information. Adoption fees are cash or money order only.
