Attention: This is a courtesy posting only! This pet is NOT available through Mountain Pet Rescue.  Please do NOT contact MPR for information about the pet or apply to adopt this pet on the MPR website.  Contact karen.starranch@gmail.com for more information or to adopt the pet.Chubbs and Kizzie have been bonded since birth.  They move in tandem, groom each other, eat side by side, sleep together, etc.Chubbs is losing a few pounds and looking better.  Chubbs has floppy ears; Kizzie has perk ears.  Chubbs is more affectionate: Kizzie loves to play. Neither one has good bathroom habits, never saw a pee pad, and I have to coax them outside to go.  Based on the little we know, they spent far too long in crates.  For now, they are having a blast, not being crated all day.  Fit in fine with my pack of dogs and 2 cats. They are especially needy and excited to be near me. I'm trying to calm them down so they know affection is always available.  Doing better. They sleep together on the loveseat in my bedroom through the night. It appears they have only had each other and not much from a human.I would like to see them never experience a crate again. I know that can be a deal breaker, but it works very well here.Contact me today at karen.starranch@gmail.com to learn more about cute Chubbs and Kizzie! All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label. Story
Meet Tevya very shy and timid at first but then look out for the cuddles, he is neutered and up to date on the vaccines available for adoption only for approved homes This baby was taken in by a concerned person because he was wandering a neighborhood for a couple of weeks. Instead of turning him in to animal control, they did the responsible thing and had Tevya vetted while holding him until a rescue could take him in. He is a swell guy, happy go lucky and loves everyone. Not that large, just kinda chunky...
