Story
Cookie is an energetic, playful boy who is ready to play or snuggle at a moment’s notice. He is a wonderful balance of rambunctious and affectionate. While he may get over excited at times, he responds well to correction and guidance and is truly eager to please and be a part of a happy family. He is friendly and gets very excited to meet new people. His playstyle can be overwhelming to lower energy dogs. He has high energy and loves to chase balls and toys. He will thrive in an active household and will benefit from moderate to high levels of exercise. With proper guidance, Cookie will be a delightful addition to your family. Visit our adoption page for details about our process, and to fill out an adoption application.  All animals come spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped.  If the animals age or health prevents any of these from being completed prior to adoption a voucher is issued for the services to be performed.  If you have any questions about the animal, or our adoption process, please email adopt@littleguild.org.  The Little Guild is a 501c(3) federally recognized non-profit organization devoted to saving the lives of homeless pets.  August 14, 2024, 12:26 pm

Story
Jean is quite a gal. She is a Feist mix who is just over 2-1/2 years old and weighs 40 pounds. Jean has a medium level of energy. She loves going for a good walk or run, and then settles for a nap afterward. Once she learns the rules of the house, Jean's an easy-going girl who's friendly and affectionate. She's also a smart and responsive dog who loves to learn. She likes the company of other dogs and children aged 12 and older. She has not been introduced to cats and its not know if she would get along with them.Jean is fully house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. Consistency and patience from her family will help her to maintain these important skills. The ideal home for Jean is one that has the time, energy, and desire to provide her with regular physical and mental exercise, continued socialization with people and other dogs, and lots of love. Jean is looking to be your plus-one on outdoor family outings. The adoption fee for Jean is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Story
Rio came to us as an owner surrender when his family was losing their home to eviction. He was one of a number of dogs in the home that needed new homes, and we were able to take 3 of them. Rio is a friendly boy who is somewhat timid when he first meets new people or encounters new situations. He warms up quickly! There's no aggression - he's just a little scared at first.\ He loves other dogs and we would like to see him in a home with at least one other dog. He was best friends with a dog in his former home, and seems to love having a canine companion or two. He would be happy to live with children 10 years old or older. Rio is a wonderful boy who will make a great family member!
