Meet Roscoe, a young, vibrant soul with a heart full of love and affection. His sweet nature and friendly demeanor make him a favorite amongst everyone. He's smart too, always eager to learn new tricks and commands. Currently, he's learning the ropes of house behavior, proving his intelligence and adaptability. He is house trained, crate trained, and walks pretty good on the leash and would love to join you on a walk, hike or run. Playfulness is part of his charm, making him the perfect companion for children. Roscoe loves nothing more than to spend his days playing, followed by cuddles and belly rubs. He has a knack for bringing joy and laughter into every room he enters. Roscoe a smart boy and basic group training classes is recommended to help him learn commands, socialize with other humans and dogs, as well as build that fur-ever bond with you! His loving nature and affectionate personality make him the perfect addition to any family. He's not just a pet, he's a companion, a friend, a source of unconditional love. This does not mean that this dog had/has an active infection of ehrlichiosis, only that the dog was exposed or infected in the past. This dog is/has been asymptomatic while in SOS care and is being treated/has been treated preventatively with a 28-day course of doxycycline. This dog is ready for adoption, though may continue to test positive for exposure to ehrlichia for some time.
