Meet Ma-Zee! He is about two years old, 67-pounds, is neutered, and is a tried-and-true lap dog! Yes! You heard us! At 67-pounds, Ma-Zee prefers to sit as close as possible to you. He is one of the most affectionate-seeking good boys. In Ma-Zee's previous home, he lived with kiddos about 4ish and up. We could see him being such an awesome furbrother to lucky, respectful children. He has had positive body language around some other shelter pups! We still need to introduce him to shelter kitties to get a better idea of what he thinks about them. If you have ever heard of the term "Velcro dog", trust us when we say it fully applies to Ma-Zee. He wants to be wherever his people are every chance he can. In his previous home, he did great with being house-trained as well as not being destructive when being home on his own. He's a smart dude! Ma-Zee knows how to sit, lay down, and speak! He loves to go for walks and play with tug ropes. He's a playful, energetic, happy-go-lucky goof! We'd love to see him adopted by someone who is familiar with Rottweilers, too. Ma-Zee is waiting to meet you!

My names Taz! I am 10 months old and 60 pounds. I am sweet boy. I want nothing but love. I am a rottweiler, american bulldog, mastiff mix. I am here due to no fault of my own. I was surrendered because my owner passed away. I am learning not to jump on you. I do jump because I haven’t learned not to yet. I am good with children 5 and up. I am very hyper around toddlers, because I get so excited. I am crate trained! I’m still working on my potty training. I know how to sit. I haven’t learned what dog toys are here yet, but I love to chew on bones.

I’m Cantinflas. I was named after a comedian. I was a stray two times to the shelter. I was a mandatory neuter the second time in and my family didn’t come back in for me. My family said I was a Rottweiler mix. I do this adorable thing where my top lips get stuck on my gums and I do the cheesiest grin. I get along with other dogs. You know, I’m just a happy dog. I am just happy to be here, and I’m just happy to be around. I love getting back rubs and I am becoming quite fond of squeaky toys. What I want most in life is some one who is going to love me like a family member, and not let me run loose. I’m ready to leave roaming in my past. I would really love for someone to adopt me who likes to go for walks. I love being on a leash and walk so great on a leash! Oh, and I also love car rides. I sit in the passenger seat like a gentleman just ready for my next stop. So yeah, walks and car rides 10000% make my life so enjoyable…and chicken sandwiches…I do love chicken.

Everybody gather round, it`s an extremely rare sighting of...Jarbarkus?! This handsome bear-like Rottie is nothing but a gentle giant. He is absolutely a sight to see, with long(ish) multiple coated fur, and those big brown eyes! Jarbarkus loves to play, but he can definitely tone it down to match the setting he`s in. His favorite game so far has been fetch with a squeaky toy, to be exact. Another thing Jarbarkus loves is butt scratches! His body completely loosens up and he wiggles into you to receive more. This affectionate boy is very easy to please--between the butt scratches and chin scratches, we don`t know which one he likes more! This Rotty can hang with the best of his four legged pals, he has become a prominent member for playgroups here at the shelter! Jarbarkus would best suit an adult only home with parents that understand his needs as a Rottweiler. On this next tour stop, we will answer any questions you have about Jarbarkus.
