Story
Do you love Rottweilers? Do you love a good walking partner? Do you love giving ear scratches or belly rubs? Then you might be a fit for me, Sadie Lou Who. I'm around 55 lbs, and a medium to high energy girl that loves play time and long walks! I do get excited when I play, so I prefer children over the age of 10 and no cats in my home. I can be dog selective, but that's only because I want the perfect playmate, so I just need a proper introduction, then we are off to play! I've got the best butt wiggles when I'm excited and I am very treat motivated!I'm looking for the right family to take me home and love me, but eager to learn some new tricks! You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about her on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet Sadie Lou Who today!!Adoption fee: $500All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. Story
Meet Patron! This boy is a happy, affectionate dog who is social and relaxed -- on walks in the neighborhood, and even at noisy public events. He would make a great addition to a home. Dog friendly and can be cat tested for approved adopters. Patron is a young Rottweiler who came to us as a stray from Texas, and boy does he have a big Texas heart with so much love to give. He always greets his foster mom & dad with a nubbin wag and hand licking/kissing. He knows basic commands (sit, stay) and is working on more. Since he LOVES treats he's very motivated to please! Adoption fee: $750 All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. Story
Meet Lenny! Lenny is a goofy boy who loves his people and loves a good game of fetch. Lenny lives up to his Rottweiler tendencies so he would do best with a home that has done research on the breed. Lenny knows ‘sit' and ‘down'. Lenny does have some quirks which can be discussed with potential adopters. Lenny's preferred home would be with kids older than 13+ and can respect his boundaries. Lenny is still awaiting a foster or forever home, so his housetrained skills are unknown. Adoption fee: $600All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. Story
Nash is a derpy boy who loves to run. Nash is a puppy in a big dog's body so training will be key to get him to respect his people. Nash knows ‘sit' and will sit and wait for his food. Nash would do best in a home with no kids due to a past incident involving food. Nash does well with other dogs. Nash is still awaiting a foster or forever home, so his housetrained skills are unknown. Story
Hey there, I'm Stark! I might not have a cape, but I'm pretty super. I found myself in this shelter after a daring rescue mission. See, I was playing with my pals when a squirrel got stuck up a tree. With my bravery, energy, and a little bit of doggy ingenuity, I managed to coax it down. But, in the process, I got lost and ended up here. I'm independent, but I also love a good game of fetch. I'm loyal, always ready to lend a paw to a friend in need. I'm playful, and I promise to bring laughter and joy to your life. Adopt me, and let's start our own superhero story together!

Story
**If you are interested in meeting Libby, please call WCHS to set up an appointment.**Intake Reason: strayWeight: 73#Known with:· Cats: unknown· Dogs: Does well in WCHS calm playgroups· Kids: unknownHi there, my name is Libby and I am 73 pounds of sweetness and charm. I came to WCHS as a stray so my history is a bit of a mystery but one thing that is no puzzle is what a friendly gal I am. I am outgoing and tolerant but I do prefer my canine playmates to be calm and polite; I have enjoyed playgroups at the shelter and am not pleased with crazy and rambunctious dogs. Speaking of manners, I must confess that I could use some training on that front. I will greet you when you approach but have been known to jump up on folks when I say ‘hi'. I am an active girl and love to go on walks with people but tend to pull a bit on a leash, so I guess I could use some practice on that as well. I am smart and already know the cues for ‘sit', ‘down' and ‘shake/paw'. It would be lovely to take some classes with you because mental exercise is important to me too. Perhaps we could participate in obedience, rally, canine sports or nose work. I am affectionate and playful; a real lap-lover who would enjoy snuggle sessions after a day filled with fun. I promise to be loyal and think I could fill your home with love. I hope you stop by to meet me in person because I like to expand my circle of friends and think you will find me impressive.#2
