Story
Oli is a sweet and gentle guy. He is looking for a quiet home with lots of love (and time for brushing) to give. He enjoys going for harnessed walks outside with his humans and would benefit from having safe outdoor time. This handsome fellow would do best in a quiet home. He has lived peacefully with another cat so might do well with another friendly cat in the home. Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit. While we do welcome online applications, in person meets have top priority.dogs:https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/dog-pre-adoption-questionnaire/cats:https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/Our visiting hours are:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5Thursday, Public Holidays: closedSaturday, Sunday: 12-4 Primary Color: Flame Point Weight: 4.65 Age: 10yrs 0mths 0wks

Story
Jazz is very easy to love! If she wants treats, she will go to the treat bucket and head butt it, so you notice she is there. Then, she will come to you and put her paw on your arm to get your attention, without using her claws. Jazz is extremely well-behaved and gentle. She quickly grew accustomed to various household noises and sits calmly on the couch. While she may be shy to begin with, she has a wonderful personality. Jazz loves to be petted and touched. Due to her long fur coat, regular brushing will be required so it doesn't get matted. Luckily, Jazz likes to be brushed! She has a mild heart murmur and no treatment is needed. Jazz has special food and a supplement to optimize her health. Once you gain her trust, Jazz will still be a little timid but will always be very gentle. Being a shy girl, Jazz would do best in a calm home with no other pets and if there are children present, they should be older. She will be fine left alone while you are at work, as long as the work day is not too lengthy. Jazz needs an experienced adopter who will give her the time she needs to adjust to her new home and then her sweet personality will emerge!

Story
Buddy loves a good chin scratch. He also enjoys being brushed. Buddy had a huge life change, losing his owner of many, many years. It has taken him a bit of time to come to terms with this loss, but he's moving forward one day at a time. He sleeps on the bed most nights just within petting distance. Buddy is very treat orientated and takes his meds like a champ as long as they are mixed with yummy food. He is not above staring at you, willing you to reach into the coveted treat container. If that doesn't work, his gravelly meow is sure to follow. And who can resist that?
