Story
Lolli sees the world from rose-colored glasses. She proves that nothing can stop you if you want to do it and Lolli has got plenty of love and adoring looks to give! Lolli came to us with a congenital deformity in her shoulders which impairs her hind end mobility somewhat but that doesn’t stop her from doing everything her foster mates do, including climbing the tall cat tree and stealing toys if she so desires. Her lack of hind end strength doesn’t stop this girl from living her best life, appreciating every happy life has! This girl is full of personality and very outgoing. You can expect Lolli to be close to you and nuzzle up to you for love and play most of the time! She loves playing with all sorts of toys, sliding into home base, having other kitty friends who are a bit on the softer side of playful and just getting her happy on, and with a face like hers who could resist?! As with most precious things, this gem does require some special care, Lolli, while she can defecate on her own, does best when expressed at least twice daily. While that can be intimidating, it’s much easier than most think. While Scottish fold cats are known for their signature folded ears, they’re actually born with straight ears. The fold begins to develop when the kitten is between 18 and 24 days old, but only if they have the gene that is responsible for the fold. Lolli does not have the folder ear gene. Lolli is an adorable, happy, affectionate, sweet, silly girl who will make a purr-fect companion for some lucky family. Lolli is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet food, and eats dry food. She currently lives with her foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Lolli please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com If you are unable to reach Dayna please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!

Story
Teddy & Lady are sweet 8-year-old littermate Scottish Fold mixes. Handsome Lady is a beautiful green-eyed Tortoiseshell, handsome Teddy is a golden-eyed orange tabby. They had the misfortune of homeless living with their previous owner. They were rescued 9 months ago from living in a car without adequate, sanitation, food, or safety. Their overwhelmed senior owner pleaded with a concerned loving woman to take them until she found housing. Their owner recently found housing, no pets allowed. Their guardian was tasked with seeking the permanent safe, clean, loving forever home they truly deserve. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue was contacted to seek an adopter for them. Teddy and Lady were in luck! We said Yes! All for the love of cats, this is innovative rescue at its finest! They have lived normal, contented lives, in a happy temporary home for 9 months. Teddy likes the back of the sofa and loves tummy rubs. Both tolerate brushing. Lady will sit next to you and stay with you. She likes head and back scratches, purrs when happy and relaxed. She loves to look out the window from the lower level of the cat tree. She does not climb up to high places. They are lovable, friendly, love napping, and enjoy catnip toys. Lady adores playing with the little mouse one. Teddy is a cardboard scratcher rascal while Lady prefers taking care of her girl kitty manicures at the bottom of the cat tree. They both like their bed and often sleep together. Moderately active Teddy bats toys, and vigorously uses the cardboard scratcher, leaves then turns around going right back to tear it up some more! He presents with some limited mobility in his hips, likely arthritis, but seems to get around just fine. A litter box with a low side on one end for ease of access will be best for him. These two love Temptations Lobster and Tuna flavor treats, Dry Meow Mix, and a variety of canned food, they aren’t too picky. (Sadly they do know it’s like eating whatever was available.) Ice in their water is appreciated on warm summer days. They will overfeed if open-fed, so are on a regular feeding schedule, eating well, gained weight., healthy and using their litter boxes. They do well with cat-friendly cats & dogs. They will come with a blanket or two, their toys, a small amount of food, and one carrier. Their adopter will need to provide a second carrier for transport. If you are a ‘rescuer’ at heart, with a forever home for these 2, they will reward you with gratitude and love. Teddy is neutered, vaccinated, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox-perfect. He currently lives with his owner in Pollick. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. Story
Houdini and Rambo are two 5 1/2 month kittens. Houdini is a Scottish straight with shorter hair, while Rambo looks is more like a Scottish fold with long fluffy hair. Their dad is a Scottish fold and their mom is a munchkin. Both cats are fully indoors. They’re fully vaccinated and have been to the vet last when they were just over 4 months. They’ve been around kids and have had no issues. They’ve also been around other cats and are very playful. They’re also very cuddly. They’re trained to use only the liter box. Included in the adoption fee will be the automatic liter box cleaner, automatic food dispenser, and water fountain. Unfortunately we have an allergy in the house so they have to find a new home.
