Story
Meet Hercules! We inherited him and his son ( also up for adoption) from my Aunt, who has gone into assisted living. We absolutely adore them both, but sadly our son is highly allergic. We have tried everything, including medication and whole house air filters but it’s not working. We are saddened to re home these handsome boys and would love to see them go together! Hercules is 2 years old , very sweet, cuddly and gentle. He is a Golden Chinchilla and purebred Scottish Fold. He is extremely well behaved and loves everyone! He enjoys a good belly rub and loves to chase a laser pointer. He is healthy and UTD on shots as well as being neutered. Serious injuries only please.

Story
Meet Phil! He and his Daddy( also available for adoption ) came to live with us when their owner( my great aunt) entered assisted living. We absolutely adore them both but sadly our young son is highly allergic. Despite our best efforts, he’s not experiencing any relief. We are hoping to find a home to take them both as they are very bonded, but will consider all good situations. Phil is 10 months old and so playful and funny! He loves to play with toys and will chase a laser pointer all day! He is extremely soft, so handsome and great with humans of all ages. Zero issues other than the allergies. Serious inquiries only please.

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $48 surcharge for transport. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oscar is a smart, friendly and sassy guy. Up until a couple of years ago he was living outside on his own and is now enjoying the comforts of also going indoors and having fosters and cat friends who love him. Oscar's exact age is unknown, but estimated to be 8-10 years old. He currently shares a space with two other cats (male and female) and gets along well with both and loves to play and snuggle with Rudy (also available to adopt!). He LOVES to play with toys and also garden with his foster Mom and hang out with her while she's working on art.    Oscar's ideal home would be one with cat savvy adopters that are used to "cat-itude". He is very friendly and loves to be around his people and to be pet but he can get sassy and a bit feisty on occasion when he's not getting his way. Having been a cat that was outside for multiple years, Oscar does enjoy the ability to go outside for short periods of time. He would be very happy having the ability to go and lounge in a very safe and secure cat-proof yard or a catio. Oscar does well with other cats with proper slow introductions, but cannot be in a home with dogs or young children (the cattitude!). He is now litterbox trained since coming into care, but can be particular about placements of litterboxes and also sharing. With multiple litterbox options he is good to go. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only. November 21, 2024, 1:32 pm
