Please be patient, we try and get back to you as quickly as possible, answering the questions below, help us greatly. Hi there, I'm Leo! I am a Pitbull/Shar-Pei Mix, 2-3yrs old and female. Leo was found as stray, though investigation we found some information, I lived with children and one of those children named me Leo, my family some life events come up and couldn't keep me, I was left with a someone but they also couldn't keep me anymore. I showed the shelter team that I am very sweet, I love everyone, I am eager to learn, I listen well, I love to play with toys and I love to get affection. I would love an active home, maybe someone who likes to go on adventures and can buy me lots of toys. My adoption fee is $250, includes spay, microchip, vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment and 1pound bag of food. 1. Do you have a privately fenced yard? 2. How many humans and ages live in your home? 3. How many animals and types? 4. Do you have time for daily walks or jogs? 5. Are you active, hiking etc? 6. Do you have the time for training? 7. Do you have the time to give her hugs and kisses? 8. Have you ever owned a Pitbull or Shar-Pei before, before, if so please tell us about them. 9. What would a typical Leo day be like?

I am an independent lady who loves to explore the world around her. I wouldn't say I am a cuddler....but not everyone has to show affection all the time right? I think we could share a few adventures and laughs together and hey, I might change and be more affectionate as we get to know each other. Let's take a walk and talk....and see where this relationship goes from there.

Meet Mocha: Your Future Furry Best Friend! Hello, potential forever family! My name is Mocha, and I'm a delightful, young, Shar-Pei/Lab mix, ready to bring a whole lot of love and joy into your life. With my wrinkly face and soulful eyes, I'm the perfect blend of cute and cuddly, making me impossible to resist! I've got a personality that's as big as my heart. My affectionate nature means I will always be by your side, ready for belly rubs and ear scratches. I'm looking for a family who will take me on fun adventures, teach me new things, and give me all the cuddles I could ever want. In return, I promise to be your loyal friend, always ready to bring a smile to your face with my goofy antics and puppy kisses. Are you ready to make some unforgettable memories together? Story
Stubs is a fun-loving, happy, active, neutered male shar-pei. He has been neutered, has had entropion eyelid surgery and is looking for an active owner or family to go on adventures with! But don't worry, Stubs can amuse himself for hours with toys! He would love to play soccer or fetch, and would be a great running or hiking companion. As a bonus, he tested well with other dogs (or course wanting to play)! He was overlooked at a northern California shelter for too long and is now with Pei People! Stubs is about 57 pounds and up for any adventure. He would do best in a home with a yard or someone that exercises him regularly. Note that some of his photos show a long tail. His tail was amputated at the shelter after suffering from happy tail (he was so happy and wagging it would not heal from a wound). His tail is now a few inches long (think boxer length). Hence his name, Stubs! Stubs is fostering in the Portland, OR area.July 14, 2024, 2:25 pm

Story
Hi there! 🐾 I am SO happy to meet you!! I'm Bailey Bentley, a 2-year-old Shar Pei and American Bully mix with the sweetest eyes and an award-winning smile. 😊 I’m so eager to be your new best friend and lifelong companion. I have an amazing temperament that will surely win your heart if given the chance. https://youtu.be/FDNLg5JcpU8 I'm a gentle giant who absolutely loves scratches and affection. 🐶 I am happy to meet everyone and I’m wonderful with kids, I especially enjoy playtime with the 6-year-old boy in my current home, making me the perfect family pup. I also get along famously with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, showcasing my excellent social skills. 🐾 I would love to have siblings of my own. Despite my size, I’m very fearful of cats and would do best in a cat-free home. I’m currently adjusting well to living indoors and find comfort in my crate, preferring to sleep there at night. 🌙 Ongoing crate time will be best for me. I'm an adaptable pup who loves to be included in anything as long as I’m shown love. Whether it’s lounging at home, playing in the yard, taking a swim or going on new adventures, I’m happiest when I’m with my people. My award-winning smile is ready to light up your home. 😄 I'm looking for my forever family to make this smile a permanent fixture in their lives. If you're looking for a sweet, gentle giant with an amazing temperament to join your family, I’m your perfect match. I just can’t wait to fill your home with love. 🏡 Please email elizabethbower@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
