Story
Meet Toga! Toga is a young adult Shar Pei mix with an estimated birthdate of 5/1/2023. She came to us as an owner surrender when her previous owner could no longer care for her. Unfortunately, she has one eye requiring an entropion surgery on both upper and lower lids. This and her spay procedure are set to take place on 08/27.   Toga is great with other dogs, cats, and children. She is fully kennel trained and knows some basic commands but will need continued training as she continues to mature. Toga's initial greetings to other animals can be over the top with some barking and abrasive posturing, but she can be easily corrected with a spray bottle, and settles into a relaxed state within a few minutes.  Toga enjoys spending time with her person and playing tug of war in the back yard. She also loves to play with stuffed toys! She is energetic and would have no trouble adventuring with her humans. She is prone to digging holes if left bored and unattended outside.  Toga comes fully vaccinated, spayed, dewormed, and microchipped. She will come home with a leash, collar, and ID tag, a sample of her food, and her medical records. Her adoption fee is $200. To apply to adopt, please submit an application at www.murcismission.org.
